    Abstract: 本研究關心的面向是,究竟什麼因素下導致「腳尾飯」事件產生了真實感,使得人們感到恐慌並且相信事件。基於這樣的問題意識,本研究透過語言機制與社會脈絡兩者進行分析探討,進而瞭解什麼因素下導致「腳尾飯」事件產生了真實感。這裡所說的「真實」感,不是一種客觀存於外在世界的真實,可以憑藉感官察覺,而是社會群體所共同認可下的事實基模。

    經過分析後發現,首先在語言機制部分,言者可以透過語言機制的運用,好比字彙、句法結構以及定位來建構事件的真實性。再者,本研究進一步發現,語言機制固然有其創造真實的影響力,然而「語言即社會」,社會文化的因素更不容忽視。因此,我們透過語言機制的展現,發覺語言機制投射了「社會集體心情的幽暗面」,才使得大眾相信事件的真實性。

    而語言機制與社會脈絡之間的相互關係,亦即一種「互文性」的概念。換句話說,「腳尾飯」事件之所以造成社會上的恐慌、使社會大眾相信的原因,不僅來自於似真性的語言機制展現,其實是來自於社會文化的互文影響,進而使閱聽眾在解讀「腳尾飯」事件時,產生交互影響解讀的作用。

    總結來說,本研究的研究焦點便是透過分析「腳尾飯」這個案例,關注社會文化對真實認知的影響關係。
    What the research concerns about the most in this research is that under what kind of crucial fact that the civilians would choose to believe the whole event and then petrified. As a result, based on the linguistic mechanism and social context. The research will examine the feeling of trueness out of the” funeral offerings” event. Here the feeling of trueness the research mentioned is the one that exits in the judgment of every citizen, not the one which is also known as “reality.”

    Firstly, as far as linguistic mechanism is concerned, when one is speaking, he or she can construct the reality by using linguistic mechanism; for example the usage of lexicon, syntax, and positioning. But at the same time, we can not neglect the force from the culture of the society.

    The relationship formed between linguistic mechanism and social context has a concept of so-called” intertextuality”. In other words, the reason why event ” funeral offerings” could cause such a great explosions lays not only on the presence of the nearly-real “linguistic mechanism”, but on the influence of “intertextuality”, which exists in the social culture. Therefore, when audiences are trying to interpret event “funeral offerings”, the force of inter-influence has been playing a critical role and affects the interpretation at the same time.
