| 摘要: | 面對生命的困惑，人們往往向外尋找答案。事實上，每個人都有屬於自己的哲學，紛雜的環境中，漸漸失去自我省察的本能，而陷落在迷惑的境遇。因此，如何喚醒自我內在的哲學性思惟，即是一個重要的課題。
聖嚴之禪法，在現代化禪法中跳脫出來，除了其在佛教教育的努力外，也積極對於許多社會問題提出見解。將禪法融於生活中，運用禪法的智慧面對生命的種種課題，落實在生命關懷的層面上。而其方法的運用是透過「對話」的形式，引導人們為自己的生命找到方向。
其次，哲學實踐為西方新興的概念。它走出哲學的象牙塔，而重新與人們的生活連結。其著重在個案與諮商師的對話過程，最終目的是培養人們的自我的哲學思惟。聖嚴之禪法與哲學實踐在精神上有著共通性，即是皆希望引導人們找到生命的答案，達到心靈的平靜。
本文首章說明行文的方向及論點。再者，對聖嚴之禪法以及哲學實踐作背景的考察，分別對聖嚴個人之生平、禪法之特點的理解，以及哲學實踐的發生背景以及哲學實踐常用方法作介紹。對於兩者有初步的認識後，再針對兩者在核心價值與方法論作分析、比對，歸結出兩者共通之核心價值，以及兩者在方法上的相似處。以突顯出聖嚴禪法可作為哲學實踐的應用。
於是，透過各種問題類型，分別闡述兩者在面對共同問題的處理態度，比較其相異處。發現兩者有著共通的問題處理程序－覺察，處理、面對最後達到平衡的狀態。藉由這樣問題處理程序，可以作為我們在面對人生課題時的解決方法之一。
最後，以聖嚴禪法在面對人生問題時態度與方法做為全文之論證，由哲學實踐之說明與分析中，發現兩者之共通特點。它們都是從問題的梳理來釐清自我，訓練出自我的哲學思惟。而聖嚴禪法之多元性，更適合於現代大眾，並在其中找到安頓生命的出口。
In face of the puzzlement of the life, people often look for the answer outwards. In fact, everyone has his own philosophy. But everyone maybe lose the instinct to inspect themselves, especially in the environment be filled with confusion. As a result of this, it will make them fell into the confused situation. Thus, how to wake up the inherent philosophy thought will be an important subject for me.
The Sheng Yen’s Theory of Ch''an, is over the modernized Ch''an. It not only makes a lot of effort in the education of Buddhism, but also proposing a lot of solutions relative to social problems. Bring the Ch''an into life and using the intelligence of Ch''an to face problems in the life, furthermore, implement it in the aspect of life-caring. The method is by using '' dialog '' to lead people to find the direction of his own life.
Secondly, Philosophical Counseling is the developing concept in the west. It not only goes out of the ivory tower of philosophy, but also link people''s life again. It focuses on the course of dialog between the counselor and counselee . The final purpose is to train people to have inherent philosophy thought. The Sheng Yen’s Theory of Ch''an and Philosophical Counseling have compatibility on spirit. It hopes to lead people to find the answer of the life, then getting the calmness of soul.
First of all, the article will explain the writing direction. Moreover, in accordance with the background of the Sheng Yen’s Theory of Ch''an and Philosophical Counseling to investigate. To understand the Sheng Yen’s personal life and his theory of Ch''an is also a subject of my article. Besides, the introduction of the background and implemented method of the Philosophical Counseling is also included. Owing to the two things have preliminary understanding, we will go to analyze their key values and methodology, furthermore, to summarize their key values and method similarity.
By using the various kinds of question types, to expound their attitude in solving the same problems separately, and compare the difference with each other. We find both of them have the same procedure to solve problems, such as Understand, Settlement, Face and Equilibrium. Relying on the procedure, it can be regarded as one of our solutions when we face the problems in our life.
At last, to use the Sheng Yen’s theory, such as the attitude and method in solving problems of life, to be the evidence of the article. According to the Philosophical Counseling explanation and analyzing, to find them have the same characteristics. They all understand themselves by realizing, and training themselves to have the Philosophy thought. The Sheng Yen’s theory of Ch''an is in various, it is more suitable for people living in this period. And to help us to find the exit of life. |
