「五四」是個追求個性解放的時代，也是個崇尚理性的時代。廬隱以寫實之筆創作，執著於青春女性情懷的自我表現，從封建男權傳統、黑暗的社會現實、童年時光、女性情誼、婚戀方面表現出細膩的女性情懷，和中國現代女性文學新傳統的思想。 在廬隱的作品中，有著對女性情懷的忠實抒寫，使「五四」女性文學別具熱烈、純真、婉約的青春特質，也因她童年那些不快樂的點點滴滴，讓她的作品也瀰漫著悲哀的時代氣息。那股強大的女性心跡，是對封建男權傳統的激烈否定，是對女性價值的熱忱肯定，是同時代男作家創作無法替代的思想、藝術價值；它屬於「五四」人的文學的範疇，並具有鮮明的女性特色。 廬隱展示了現代女性走出男權藩籬時的獨特心聲，強烈地否定了封建男權傳統，並從「平等的人」──「不僅僅作個女人，還要作人」的位置說女性心聲。在理性觀念上，有自覺的婦女解放意識；在深層心理上，其人生體驗又呈豐富複雜的狀態。她廣泛關注「五四」社會現實，但其表現最深刻、藝術創造最成功的，則是她自己作為現代最初覺醒的青春女性的獨特情懷。 本文從廬隱創作文本入手，著重考察「五四」女作家的女性情懷及其審美表現，從而探究「五四」女性文學開創中國現代女性文學新傳統的思想、藝術價值。 “The May Fourth Movement” is not only the times of seeking for personality liberation, but also the times of advocating rationality. Lu Yin’s literary creations are reflecting the truth and persisting in the selfhood expression of young women. The detailed women emotion and the thought of new literary tradition of Chinese modern women are totally presented against many issues, such as the tradition of man’s power in feudalism, the dark side of society, childhood times, friendship between women and love in marriage. The composition created by Lu Yin contains the truth description of women’s feeling and make the “The May Fourth Movement” women literature has the young properties of enthusiasm, pureness and grace. But the unhappy childhood memory also makes her creations full of sad background of time. This strong innermost description of women negates the tradition of man’s power in feudalism fiercely, but affirms the value of women enthusiastically. No any male writer’s creation can replace her thought and artistic value in same age. Her creations are in the scope of “The May Fourth Movement” literature and have bright women’s feature. Lu Yin showed the unique heartfelt wishes regarding modern women would like out of the fence of men’s power, and strongly denied the tradition of man’s power in feudalism. She described the women’s wishes in the point of view of “people are equal” and “not only to be a woman, but to be a person”. In the concept of rationality, there is a sense of the liberation of self-conscious women. In the concept of deep psychology, her life experience is in the plentiful and complex status. She paid close attention to the reality of “The May Fourth Movement” society generally. But the characteristic she expressed most deeply and created most successfully is the unique emotion of being the one of young women who first awakened in the present age. The research in this thesis is beginning from the creations of Lu Yin, and focuses on the discussion of women’s emotion and beauty investigation expression of “The May Fourth Movement” woman writer. Then explore the thought and art value of new modern Chinese women literature tradition that created from “The May Fourth Movement” women literature.
