本研究利用知識管理技術，整合中醫專家社群，並建立「常見病症知識庫」，其中包含200個常見病症知識主題。 本研究採用文獻分析法與個案分析兩種方式，對知識管理、中醫實證醫學與資訊化等相關文獻，進行探討分析；再實際參與建立中醫專家社群，敘述實證過程、舉例及分析結果。最後歸納出以下結論： 一、知識管理員─Knowberian之重要性 二、為建立中醫師專家社群，知識管理員須瞭解中醫專業學科知識、及中醫師專家社群特色 三、中醫師專家社群之優勢與機會 四、建立中醫師專家社群之困難與危機 五、建立中醫師專家社群，以推動實證中醫的發展 This study integrate Chinese expert social group and establish Chinese medicine common illness knowledge Database by knowledge management technology, which involves 200 Chinese medicine common illness topics. The research adopts the literature review and systematic attestation methods. And there are some conclusions as following: 1. The importance of Knowberian - who execute the project by knowledge management. 2. For establish Chinese expert social group, the Knowberian have to understand professional subject knowledge, and the characteristic of Chinese experts social group. 3. The strengths and opportunities of Chinese expert social group. 4. The weakness and threats of Chinese expert social group. 5. To establish Chinese experts social group to improve Evidence-Based Medicine.
