Abstract:	本研究旨在探討學術資料庫電子文獻的引用規範，透過文獻探討闡述引用文獻的重要性，對於目前學術寫作手冊之規範加以分析，了解資料庫電子文獻之特性與引用時須注意之項目，並探討書目管理軟體與學術資料庫之結合對於引文格式之影響。本研究藉由對學術資料庫業者、書目管理軟體開發商之訪談，了解相關業者之需求與意見，結合研究結果，提出以下建議。對資料庫引文規範之建議一、在引用學術資料庫時，如全文期刊資料庫、碩博士論文資料庫以及會議論文資料庫時，宜加註資料庫名稱。二、在引用學術資料庫時，如全文期刊資料庫、碩博士論文資料庫以及會議論文資料庫時，不鼓勵加註資料庫廠商名稱三、不加註文獻在資料庫中之直接網址四、當有DOI號碼時，除加註DOI號碼之外，並加註資料庫名稱。五、研究者應遵循引文格式原典之規範，不可太依賴資料庫系統之輸出功能以及個人書目管理系統。對於資料庫廠商之建議一、資料庫建置時，對於資料欄位的定義必須謹慎且定義清楚，尤其是姓、名與日期之格式。二、國內資料庫廠商應對於目前自行開發之資料庫進行書目資料欄位的比對與修繕對於個人書目管理軟體開發商之建議一、個人書目管理系統對於內建之引文格式必須正確，以確保輸出參考文獻的正確性。二、個人書目管理軟體開發商與合作之資料庫廠商必須對資料庫欄位品質與引用文獻輸出正確性之關係有所認知，對於欄位設定是否正確共同把關。 The purpose of this study is directed against how to cite documents from online scholarly database, and recounting the importance of references relies on literature review. The use of online scholarly database is frequently in author’s research process; thus, cite documents from database appropriately are worth to analyse. This study adopt literature review and in-depth interview method with scholarly database business and company of personal bibliography management software, knowing the requirements and opinions about this issue, and finally concludes the suggestions. The study’s suggestions as follows： 1. For referencing style (1) For citations to scholarly databases, it should be inclusive of database name. (2) For citations to scholarly databases, including database URLs is not recommended. (3) Citations should not be inclusive of direct URLs of document. (4) When DOI exits, besides DOI, include the database name. (5) Author should follow the Manual of Style, instead of database export function or personal bibliography management software. 2. For Scholarly database Business (1) When construct database, the setting of database fields should be careful, especially name (first name, last name), and date. (2) Check and fix database fields which is already online. 3. For personal bibliography management software company (1) Setting of output styles should be correct (2) The company of personal bibliography management software and scholarly database business should know the relation of database fields and quality of software export result, the former should plays a guard role.
