    Abstract: 蕭繹(508-554),字世誠,南蘭陵(今江蘇武進)人,梁武帝蕭衍七子,歷任官職,且曾建元稱帝,在當時歷史中,為一極富戲劇性之人物,本文廣泛蒐羅資料進行研究,為其一生事功下一論斷。首先探究蕭繹之家族背景,了解蕭氏家族如何崛起,得以先後建立齊、梁兩個王朝。再分析蕭繹的人際關係、仕宦經歷,與面臨侯景之亂時採取何種因應措施,得以順利弭平侯景之亂,而後因其功業於亂後繼統梁祚,為其外交政策與國都擇立上出現重大瑕疵,導致登基不滿三年,其政權即被西魏所滅,蕭繹兵敗身死國滅。
    Siao Yi(508-554), alias is Shih-Cheng,Nanlanling people(today is Jiangsu Wujin), Siao Yan, Wudi of the Liang Dynasty''s seventh son, has been very many officials, also once established a reign title proclaims oneself emperor in contemporary history,is an extremely rich theatrical character, this study will conduct the research by the literature analytic method, for its one causes trouble the merit next judgment. I analyze the family background of Siao Yi first, analysis how his family rises,and how he can build up two dynasties. Then I analyzes his interpersonal relationship, his public official experience,and the measures he took Hou-Jing to suppress a disorder of Hou-Jing smoothly,with its achievement in succeed all Liang Dunasty in disorder. However the choosing of unpropertied and dissatisfied policy leads to the destroy of his kingdom nomme than three years later by SiWei soldiers. He died after losing the war with SiWei and also his kingdom extinguish soon after treat.
