    Abstract: 近年來全球掀起一股學習漢語的風潮,這股風潮與中國大陸經濟改革開放有相當密切的關係,台灣曾被世界評選為最佳華語教學訓練機構,如今台灣的華語教學市場出現重大衝擊,面對目前國際局勢的改變,台灣政府勢必該找出方法來解決。

    第一章 緒論:說明研究動機與問題,以及研究方法與架構等。
    第二章 台灣華語教學體系:描述台灣華語教學發展的歷史背景與台灣華語教學主管
    第三章 中國大陸國際漢語教學體系:描述中國大陸國際漢語教學體系的歷史發展
      第四章 兩岸政府國際漢語教學體系之比較:比較分析較兩岸政府是如何推動對外漢

    In recent years the whole world raised a study Chinese the unrest. This unrest and mainland China economic reform opening has the quite close relationship. Taiwan once by the world evaluation for the best Chinese teaching training organization, now Taiwan''s Chinese teaching market appears the significant impact .Facing the present international situation change, the Taiwan government will be supposed to discover the method inevitably to solve.
      How does this research mainly analyze the Taiwan government and the Chinese government is impels the teaching Chinese as a foreign language the situation, then again by between both banks school and government''s cooperation. How then the understanding at present does both banks government establish the teaching Chinese as a foreign language system. This research mainly take the Taiwan primarily mainland as the auxiliary viewpoint, provides Taiwan the government in to face the environment under the change, how should in accordance to and the improvement.

    The thesis contains six chapters:
    Chapter 1: Explanation research motive and question, as well as research technique and construction.
    Chapter 2: How describes the Taiwan Chinese teaching development historical perspective and the Taiwan Chinese teaching master unit impels each Chinese teaching item effectively.
    Chapter 3: How describes mainland China international Chinese teaching system historical development background and the Chinese government effectively impels each teaching Chinese as a foreign language item.
    Chapter 4: How does the comparative analysis compare both banks government is impel items and so on teaching Chinese as a foreign language.
    Chapter5: How the comparative analysis both banks school establishes the cooperation with the government.
    Chapter6: Makes uniform fit and unfit quality of and the result the both banks international Chinese teaching system, proposes the Taiwan government this like what in accordance to and the improvement place; Regarding this and the subject will have the interest researcher to provide the future to be possible direction of the research.
