本研究主要分析台灣政府與中國政府是如何推動對外漢語教學的情況,接著再以兩岸學校與政府之間的合作關係為何?進而了解目前兩岸政府是如何建立起對外漢語教學體系,本研究主要以台灣為主大陸為輔的觀點,提供台灣政府在面對大環境的改變下,該如何因應與改進。 全文內容分為六章: 第一章 緒論:說明研究動機與問題,以及研究方法與架構等。 第二章 台灣華語教學體系:描述台灣華語教學發展的歷史背景與台灣華語教學主管 單位是如何有效推動各項華語教學事項。 第三章 中國大陸國際漢語教學體系:描述中國大陸國際漢語教學體系的歷史發展 背景與中國政府是如何有效推動各項對外漢語教學事項。 第四章 兩岸政府國際漢語教學體系之比較:比較分析較兩岸政府是如何推動對外漢 語教學等事項。 第五章 兩岸學校之國際漢語教學體系比較分析:比較分析兩岸學校是如何與政府建 立合作關係。 第六章 結論與建議:統整兩岸國際漢語教學體系之優劣與成效,提出台灣政府該如 何因應與改進的地方;並對此議題有興趣的研究者提供未來可研究之方向。 In recent years the whole world raised a study Chinese the unrest. This unrest and mainland China economic reform opening has the quite close relationship. Taiwan once by the world evaluation for the best Chinese teaching training organization, now Taiwan''s Chinese teaching market appears the significant impact .Facing the present international situation change, the Taiwan government will be supposed to discover the method inevitably to solve. How does this research mainly analyze the Taiwan government and the Chinese government is impels the teaching Chinese as a foreign language the situation, then again by between both banks school and government''s cooperation. How then the understanding at present does both banks government establish the teaching Chinese as a foreign language system.
