    摘要: 昔日國內網路銀行相關研究大都以問卷方式進行,依所蒐集文獻發現國內應無以客戶實際交易為基礎進行分析之案例。本研究以個案網路銀行客戶交易明細進行實證分析,並將分析結果與網路銀行相關文獻進行比較,以提供學術及企業界參考。
    本研究是以個案研究網路銀行客戶交易行為,依年齡、性別、區域、轉帳類別、帳戶年齡、交易時間及網路銀行功能等進行分析,我們發現使用網路銀行客戶集中於21歲~40歲,佔71.13%;男性使用網路銀行頻率高於女性;轉帳交易男性佔57.41%,女性佔42.64%;北部區域使用網路銀行之比例高於其它區域,查詢交易佔75.1%,轉帳交易佔77.51%;網路銀行轉帳交易以自行轉帳居多,佔55.7%;帳戶年齡6 個月以下的客戶使用網路銀行之頻率較高,佔35.12%;網路銀行交易時間除銀行營業時間外,仍有26.07%於銀行營業時間外完成交易;網路銀行各項功能中,以使用查詢功能最多。
    網路銀行每筆交易成本最低約$0.34,櫃員每筆交易成本最高約$36.38;若鼓勵客戶常使用網路銀行,櫃員轉帳筆數每減少1%,個案銀行可減少7 位櫃員人力,節省的人力可進行不同產品的行銷開發。
    The relevant research of domestic Internet Banking mostly went on by way of questionnaire in the past, find in accordance with the documents collected that there should not be case analyzed based on customer''s real trade in domestic country. This research does business on customer of Internet Banking of the case the detail carries on real example analysis, and compare the analysis result with the relevant documents of the Internet Banking, consult in order to offer academy and business circles.
    This research is with customer''s trading activity of Internet Banking of case study, analysis in accordance with age, sex, area, transferring classification, age of the account, trade time and Internet Banking function, etc., we find that use the customer of network bank to concentrate on 21 years old to 40 years old, accounts for 71.13%; Man use the frequency of Internet Banking is higher than women; man account for 57.41% to transfer accounts, women account for 42.64%; the proportion of using the Internet Banking northern area is higher than other areas, inquire the trade accounts for 75.1% , the transferring accounts for 77.51% ; The Internet Banking transfers the trade in order to transfer accounts by oneself in the majority, accounts for 55.7%; Account age under 6 months use more frequency and relatively high, accounts for 35.12%; Internet Banking trade time besides banking hours, still have 26.07% finish trades outside banking hours; In every function of Internet Banking, in order to use inquiring about the most functions.
    Each transaction of the network bank minimum cost $0.34, the maximum cost of each transaction on counter approximated$36.38. If encourage the customer to often use the Internet Banking, then the quantity of transfer by cupboard person reduced by 1% each time, then can reduce 7 cupboards of table bank manpower, the manpower saved can carry on the marketing development of different products.
