Abstract:	根據經建會91年12月「我國科技人力供需問題研究」報告指出，民國92~96年資管系畢業生預估年平均供過於求達9,000人以上。此報告對全國資管系招生及資管系畢業生已造成相當程度的影響，因此本研究採中華民國資訊管理學會對全國資管系畢業生的問卷調查進行研究，包括資管系畢業生投入職場的情形、學校教育對就業上的幫助度，並探討不同學校與年齡在學校教育對工作幫助度的影響。從本研究調查結果顯示，資管畢業生不論是在資訊產業或一般產業的工作機會多(90%的一般產業涵蓋率)；在資管領域能發揮所長、學有所用(74%現職為資管領域)；以及求職期相當短(93%第一份工作求職期為三個月內)，亦即在高競爭及失業率的社會下，資管畢業生仍保有高就業優勢。在經建會發佈報告之92年前與92年後的資管畢業生就業比較中發現，從事資訊產業的比例、工作內容為資管領域之比例、以及求職期為一個月內的比例皆有下降。在學校教育上，「電腦科技與程式語言課程」為對工作最有幫助的資管課程，「外語能力」的培訓對工作之幫助度最低。本研究期望以實際數據呈現資管系畢業生就業實況及做為各大學資管系規劃課程時的參考。 According to CEPD’s report “The Supply and Demand of Technology Manpower” in 2002, information management graduates have over 9,000 of surplus manpower per year from 2003 to 2007. The report has led the great influence on the enrollment of information management department and information management graduates; as a consequence, this study adopted CSIM’s questionnaire to investigate information management graduates’ working condition, to summarize the degree of help from information management education, and to discuss the relationships between the education of information management and information management graduates’ working condition by different ages and schools. The results of the research indicates that no matter graduates’ job belong to IT industry or others, they have lots of working opportunity, they can practice what they learned form school in MIS field, and most graduates only spend one month on job-finding. That means information management graduates had the advantage of a good employment in high competitive and unemployed society. The study also detected that the graduate jobs’ ratio of IT industry, MIS field, and job-finding during a month reduced after 2002. To information management graduates, the curriculum of computer technology and program gives the most assistance and the training of linguistic competence gives the less assistance. The study expects to demonstrate information management graduates’ authentic employment by statistic analysis and to be the reference for information management departments to plan and adjust their curriculums.
