    Abstract: 本研究目的希望能有最簡單的方法,來表達公司複雜的系統。也可以用此簡單的方法,運用相同的表現方式來描寫公司每一個階層的流程,將一般不易用言語傳達的活動以圖形文件方式表示出來。在研究貢獻上因為可以將一個活動圖形文件化,如此可以把每一個活動作清楚的描述,同時也可以做必要的修正。在經驗分享及動作的傳承上,也有其一定的功能。本研究的設計方法,首先探討現今圖形化工具如工業標準流程圖、UML、WWF以及BPMN的優缺點,評估其是否可以達到期望效果,由於現今的圖形化工具過於複雜,不易學習及使用,是以嘗試使用一套號稱能兼具主動與被動行為的描述,簡明易懂的動態系統圖示(DSC)表示法,表達某企業實際活動,藉以驗證DSC能簡單描述複雜的企業行為。
    經實例驗證DSC的確可以清楚描寫企業每一個階層的活動。再經過DSC加以清楚描述工作流程之後,同時發現可以改良原有工作流程,增加工作間互相交流,並可藉由DSC工具可以落實企業內知識的傳承與管理。
    The purpose of this research hopes that there can be the simplest method, to express company''s complicated system, this simple method can describe the procedure of every stratum of the company use the same way, the activity generally difficult to transmit in speech comes out in way of the figure file. At contribution that study, because can the movable figure file, Can regard every activity as the clear expression and can do essential revision at the same time. Share in experience and on the behavioral continuity, have its certain function. This research design method, Discuss the pluses and minuses of the figure tool of now such as the flow diagram of the industrial standard, UML, WWF and BPMN at first, can assess it in order to get the result of expecting, because the figure tool of now is too complicated, it is difficult to learn and use, So trying to use one set can take the initiative with passive and behavioral description, concision dynamic system icon (DSC) apt to know Expression method, express the real activity of one enterprise, the complicated enterprise behavior of description of using to prove DSC can be simple.
    Prove through the embodiment, the activity of description enterprise every stratum that DSC can really be clear. After DSC clear description workflow, find that can improve the procedure of the original work at the same time, Increase the exchange of each other between the works. It can implement the passing on of knowledge to manage by the record of DSC.
