| 摘要: | 本研究目的希望能有最簡單的方法，來表達公司複雜的系統。也可以用此簡單的方法，運用相同的表現方式來描寫公司每一個階層的流程，將一般不易用言語傳達的活動以圖形文件方式表示出來。在研究貢獻上因為可以將一個活動圖形文件化，如此可以把每一個活動作清楚的描述，同時也可以做必要的修正。在經驗分享及動作的傳承上，也有其一定的功能。本研究的設計方法，首先探討現今圖形化工具如工業標準流程圖、UML、WWF以及BPMN的優缺點，評估其是否可以達到期望效果，由於現今的圖形化工具過於複雜，不易學習及使用，是以嘗試使用一套號稱能兼具主動與被動行為的描述，簡明易懂的動態系統圖示(DSC)表示法，表達某企業實際活動，藉以驗證DSC能簡單描述複雜的企業行為。
經實例驗證DSC的確可以清楚描寫企業每一個階層的活動。再經過DSC加以清楚描述工作流程之後，同時發現可以改良原有工作流程，增加工作間互相交流，並可藉由DSC工具可以落實企業內知識的傳承與管理。
