    Abstract: 資訊系統專案約有23%中途宣告失敗,超過49%的資訊系統專案時程延宕、超出預算,其最主要因素為人的因素,由於系統開發者和使用者間雙方的認知不同,系統開發者所開發出的系統常常不符合使用者實際上的需求,因此使用者對於該系統的操作上習慣上較難接受,且對於該系統有抗拒及排斥的心理。有研究指出使用者參與為資訊系統成功之關鍵成功因素,藉由讓使用者參與系統的開發能提高使用者對於該系統的認知與認同,及降低使用者對於該資訊系統抗拒心理。由於Sanders等人認為唯有透過讓使用者參與表達經驗才能取得進入經驗者的世界,Henri等人也提出讓使用者定義系統畫面的配置為使用者參與系統開發的方式之一,因此本研究根據Sanders等人及Henri等人的理論,設計製作一個示範性且簡易的介面設計工具,希望能讓使用者藉由使用此介面設計工具來參與資訊系統開發中系統畫面配置部份,以探討系統開發過程若加入使用者經驗是否能提升系統的經驗度、使用性以及使用者對於系統的滿意度。結果顯示系統開發過程加入使用者經驗對於經驗度、使用性、滿意度之提升有顯著的成效。
    nformation system projects fail in midway about 23%, more than 49% information system projects procrastinate and excess budget. The main factor is people. The cognitions of system developers are different from users. Systems that the developers developed does not often accord with user''s demand in fact, so the user often don’t satisfy with the system in the aspect of habit and operation. Consequently, the users have psychology resisted and repelling to this system. A study says:” User participation is the key successful factor of information system. By letting users participate in system development can raise user''s cognition and identification, and reduce the resisting psychology of users to this information system. Sanders think that we can understand and get the experience of user, only if we let user participate in project and express their experience. Henri propose that let user define the layout of system is one of the ways of user‘s participation. According to the theory of Sanders and Henri, this research design and implement a simple and easy interface design tool, then discuss that if we integrate the User Experience to information systems development, can joins the user’s experience and improve the usability of the system and raise the user’s satisfaction to the system. The result shows that it can join the user’s experience to the system and improve the usability of the system and raise the user’s satisfaction to the system, if we integrate the User Experience to information systems development.
