    摘要: 組織在e 化過程中，各個部門一般會各自建置不同種類的資訊系
    統，常導致資源的分散及浪費。昔日資訊系統大都使用主從式架構，現今發現系統效能已不如從前，或是系統之間的資料發生不同步或不一致的情形，加上組織常與其他國內外組織交換資料等，因而組織e化與系統整合的需求漸漸被組織所重視。
    本研究透過對個案單位的了解，發現組織e 化時會遭遇到下列問
    題：各單位各自建置資訊系統常導致資源協同不佳，無法提升整體效能的情況；我國資料庫與國際標準欄位格式不一致，資料交換時易發生錯誤；主從式架構，系統間的資料會發生資料不同步的問題；應用系統使用者的滿意度調查，交由業務單位或系統廠商進行，資料分析結果可能較無法反應出真實的使用狀況。
    本研究提出以下四點研究成果：1.組織應設立一個統籌單位專門
    管理整體組織資訊系統的開發與設置事宜；2.為達到將來與國際標準接軌目標，我國設置資料庫時，欄位格式應該與國際標準一致；3.將Client-Server 架構轉換為Web-based 架構，以減少備份及同步更新的時間；4.應由第三方持續進行使用者滿意度調查，以確切的知道系統是否符合使用者需求，作為日後改進的依據。
    In the e-business process, each department of organization generally establish the different type of information systems, according to service demand. Sometimes, it may cause the resources wasted and dispersed. In the past, information systems used the Client-Server Architecture.
    However, through the time accumulation, many organizations found that system performance might not be sufficient, or data inconsistent in some systems. Furthermore, organizations usually exchange data with their
    business partners. Therefore, the electronical organization and system integration is produced with demand in this environment.
    Through the cases study, we find some problems in organization e-business process: each department establishes their each information system,
    usually causes the resources disperser and waste, and unable to promote the overall potency; The data type of database in our country are not consistent with international standard, it may cause error from data
    exchange; Client-Server Architecture may causes data asynchronous between systems; The application user''s degree of satisfaction investigation, if hands over by the business department or system developer, the result may not reflect the real behavior in service.
    This research indicates: 1. the organization should set up an integrated unit, to manage the development and construction matters of the systems; 2. in order to achieve the goal to international standard,when our organizations establish the database, the data type should
    consistent with the international standard; 3. revise the application to Web-based edition, In order to reduce the maintain cost and time cost; 4.the application user''s degree of satifaction investigation best carries on
    the third party, to know whether the system functions are satisfied with user demand exactly or not. It will be the foundation of future improving.
