    Abstract: 本研究之主要目的在完成一使用RFID無線射頻辨識技術之醫療照護系統之規劃與設計,該系統具有以下功能:1、產婦與新生兒之配對辨識機制,避免嬰兒辨識錯誤造成醫療糾紛;2、提供產婦與新生兒身心狀況監視機制,可使醫療人員及家屬即時瞭解母嬰之身體狀況,以作為醫療人員作為母嬰醫療照護之依據;3、具有進出管制監控機制,可有效管理醫院人員進出之狀況,以降低嬰兒失竊之機會。
    此外,本研究針對RFID的資訊安全機制提出一個改良式的群組認證協定,以避免電子標籤的資料被竊取或篡改。
    The purpose of this study is to develop a healthcare system by using RFID. This system provides the following functions:(1) The mother and new born baby matching mechanism to prevent the problem of medical treatment disputes. (2) The mother and new born baby monitoring mechanism to help health providers and kinsfolk understand the mother and the new born baby''s health conditions immediately. (3) The physical entry and exit monitoring mechanism to reduce the chance of the new born baby being stolen by strangers.
    In addition, this study proposes a modified RFID group’s authentication protocol. This RFID information security mechanism aims to prevent the RFID Tags’ data from being stolen or distorted.
