As the Wal-Mart announce that they will implement the RFID system, the whole world is surrounded by the RFID wave. It must has the positive impact to spread and apply the RFID system in medical matters, if we could grasp the acceptance level of people about the RFID system, and make more propaganda about the knowledge of RFID.

This study mainly discusses the factors impacting perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, attitude and intention in the following three aspects: system quality, information quality and innovativeness. Based on the paper-based questionnaires, the study had accepted 208 effective responses from people around the hospitals that have implemented the RFID system. The questionnaires collected are processed by LISREL for further analysis.

Our studies show that, convenience of access, safety, information quality, innovativeness, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and attitude are the key factors promoting the intention. The attitude has the most influence to the intention, the other influence sequence in order is the perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, innovativeness , , convenience of access, information quality and safety. By paying more attention of the factors listed above and make more propaganda about the knowledge of RFID, the hospital operator will able to raise the acceptance level of RIFD.
