    Title: 軍訓制度變革對教官校園工作士氣影響之研究 : 以臺北市公私立高中職學校為例

    Abstract: 本文試圖從「教官工作士氣」的觀點來探討與「軍訓制度變革」間之相互影響關係,以瞭解現階段我國軍訓教育政策內容及衍生效應。研究方法主要分為兩種,首先針對我國軍訓制度之歷史沿革演進與現今制度變革之內容過程與教官在校園工作士氣進行相關研究文獻之分析;其次針對臺北市公私立高中職軍訓教官採行問卷調查,針對「人口統計變項」、「軍訓制度變革」以及「校園工作士氣」三者設計問卷並進行調查分析,藉此瞭解彼此相互影響之情況,期能深入瞭解軍訓制度變革對教官校園工作士氣的影響情形。
    本研究所使用的統計方法,包括描述性統計量、單因子變異數分析、線性迴歸分析等方法。研究問卷共計發放424份,經整理後,扣除無效問卷24份、受訓人員未填5份與某校不明原因散失8份。合計回收之有效問卷為387份,回收率約91.27%。
    經實證分析與討論,本研究驗證之結果如下:
    壹、高中教官對軍訓制度變革之認知會對教官對軍訓組織認同有顯著關聯。
    貳、高中教官對軍訓制度變革之認知會對教官對校園工作投入具有部份關聯。
    參、軍訓制度變革之認知對團隊凝聚力具有部份關聯。
    肆、軍訓制度變革之認知對整體工作士氣具有部份顯著影響。
    伍、教官在軍訓制度變革下的校園工作士氣,會受到人口統計變項中「職務」項目的影響而呈現關聯。
    針對驗證之結果,本研究提出之建議如下:
    壹、提升教官工作士氣的策略建議
    一、主管機關執行變革政策應果斷明確並給予成員支持。
    二、在軍訓組織內部積極達成具正向看法之「關鍵多數」。
    貳、教官在軍訓工作上回應方式之建議
    一、建立良好的縱向與橫向之溝通管道。
    二、協力推動具「教學發展」及「功能取向」之軍訓創新工作。
    This thesis attempt to discuss the correlation between the morale of the drillmasters and the transformation of the military system so as to understand the circumstances of our nation’s military education policy and the impacts derived from it. I distinguished the study method into two categories: First, it aims at the literature reviews that interrelated to the evolvement of our national military training system, the reformation of the current system, and the working morale of the drillmasters. Secondly, questionnaires aimed at population compiling, the military system transformation, and the working morale of the campus, were given out to the drillmasters in Taipei municipal senior high schools. Therefore, since the results affiliates with the correlation between the two topics, I sincerely hope to dig into the knowledge of the evolvement of the military system, and the impacts on the drillmasters’ working morale which derived from it.
    Descriptive Statistical Analysis, ANOVA, Linear Regression, were statistical methods used in this thesis. 424 questionnaires were given out, after categorizing and analyzing, deducting the invalid 24 questionnaires, the undone 5 questionnaires, and 8 questionnaires disappeared for unknown reasons, there are 287 valid questionnaires left. The retrieving rate is 91.27%.
    After proving, analyzing, and discussing, the result and the conclusion of this research is as follows:
    Firstly, the high school drillmasters’ perception of the military training system has a significant correlation with their identifications toward the military training system. Secondly, partial of the questionnaire results shows that the high school drillmasters’ perception of the military training system influences their extent of devotion towards the campus duty. Thirdly, the perception of the military training system is partial effective to unitizing in a group. Fourthly, the perception of the military training system is partial effective to the whole working morale. Fifthly, the transformation of the military training system is effective to the working morale of the drillmasters in high school campus. (Influenced by the subject “position” in population compiling.)
    According to the results, the recommendation of this thesis are as follows:
    I. The strategy and suggestion of promoting the drillmasters’ working morale:
    First, the director should not only be firm and determined while operating the transformation of a policy but also give support to the subordinates. Second, achieving in a military training organization is constructively effective.
    II. The recommendation towards the drillmasters’ responses in the process of military training education.
    First, constructing a smooth and nice comminuting circulation is important. Second, we should set a military training that is multi-functional and provides educational development and into action.
