我國銀行建置電子金融有年，服務型態亦隨科技演進趨於多樣化，雖然銀行經營績效評估之文獻頗豐，亦有銀行電子化關鍵因素之研究，然探討關鍵因素及導入效益兩者關連性之研究仍為罕見。本研究旨在探討影響銀行建置電子金融之關鍵因素，及與導入效益間之關聯性，期研究結果可提供政府及銀行業者發展電子金融之參考。 本研究採問卷調查法蒐集資料，以金融電子資料交換及網路銀行為標的，探討外部環境、組織內部、策略規劃等關鍵因素構面間之關係及其與導入效益之關聯性。研究結果顯示，策略因素、組織特性、政府因素、產業環境應為銀行建置電子金融之關鍵因素。採用金融電子資料交換之策略因素及組織特性對於經營績效及市場發展效益應具有顯著影響；且政府因素及產業環境應透過組織特性之中介作用，間接影響導入效益。採用網路銀行之策略因素應對於經營績效及市場發展效益具有顯著影響；且政府因素應為透過策略因素之中介作用，間接影響導入效益。 Electronic banking (E-banking) systems have been implemented for several years in Taiwan. Although the research of business performance and critical factors of implementing electronic banking systems are fruitful, little has done to investigate the relationships between critical factors and benefits of adoption of electronic banking adopted in banks. The aims of this research therefore are to analyze critical factors that affect implementation of E-banking and to study the relationship between the critical factors and the benefits. Hopefully, the research findings may provide some sound suggestions for government and financial institutes. The research used questionnaire survey to investigate the recent uses of financial electronic data interchange (FEDI) and internet banking (I-banking) in the domestic banks in Taiwan. The findings suggest that strategic, organizational, governmental and industrial factors are critical factors of E-banking implementation. As concerns of FEDI adoption, strategic and organizational factors have significant effects on business performance and market development. Governmental and industrial factors have indirect influences on implementation benefits via organizational factor. As concerns of I-Banking adoption, strategy factors have significant impacts on implementation benefits. In addition, governmental factor has indirect effect on implementation benefits through strategic factor.
