摘要:	本研究探討醫事人員之個人價值觀與道德哲理對醫療道德信念之影響。本研究的主要目的是為了一、探討醫事人員的個人價值觀對不道德的醫療行為判斷之影響。二、探討道德哲理(包括理想主義與相對主義)對不道德的醫療行為判斷之影響。三、探討個人價值觀對道德哲理的影響。四、瞭解個人價值觀、道德哲理與道德信念三者間的關係。本研究方法主要是採用問卷調查以北區區域醫院的醫療機構之醫事人員為研究對象，主要利用結構方程模式(structural equation modeling；SEM)來進行研究架構之因果關係與驗證性因素分析。本研究結果顯示醫事人員的個人價值觀會影響在健保體制下的道德信念，尤其在個人價值偏向自我強化構面的醫事人員相較於自我超越構面者的結果，將會容忍不道德的醫療行為判斷。其次，道德哲理會影響道德信念，高理想主義者較不認同不道德醫療行為。而個人價值觀會影響道德哲理，尤其個人價值觀偏向保守構面者對理想主義具有顯著的正向影響，而對相對主義者有顯著的負向影響；個人價值偏向自我強化構面對理想主義有顯著負向影響。 The purpose of this research is to explore the influences of medical staffs’ personal value and moral philosophy on moral beliefs. The objectives of this research is to explore the relationship between medical staffs’ personal value and the judgment of unethical issues, to explore the influence of personal value on moral philosophy and to understand the relationships between personal value, moral philosophy and moral beliefs. The research uses questionnaire survey method based on the north regional hospitals medical staffs as the subjects to perform the research. Structural equation model (SEM) used in the research to perform the research of case and effect relationship and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA). The result of this research shows that medical staffs’ personal value affect the moral beliefs under the national health insurance policy. Especially, the medical staffs with the value of self-enhancement can tolerate the unethical issues more than those staff with the value of self-transcendence Furthermore, the moral philosophy will affect personal moral belief. The person with high moral idealism has a strong relationship against unmoral issues. The personal value affects moral philosophy. The person with conservative value has a strong relationship with to pursue moral idealism and a negative relationship with pursuing moral relativism. A person with self-enhancement value has a negative impact with individual pursuing moral idealism.
