    Abstract: 本研究以460位服務於北區高級職業學校的教師為對象,透過問卷調查法蒐集資料,旨在探討教師道德判斷、組織公民行為、專業知能及任務績效之關聯性。研究結果發現,高職教師知覺個人的道德判斷程度、組織公民行為、專業知能與工作績效表現屬中上程度。此外,教師年齡與年資與其道德判斷程度呈現負相關,但與組織公民行為、專業知識及任務績效呈現正相關。私立學校教師之敬業精神、組織忠誠與任務績效則優於公立學校的教師。
    研究結果亦發現,教師之道德判斷正向影響其組織公民行為之自我成長、利他行為及組織忠誠三個構面,亦影響教師之專業知能及任務績效。教師組織公民行為的自我成長、利他行為及組織忠誠的三個構面,以及教師之專業知能進而正向影響其任務績效。此外,道德判斷亦可透過組織公民行為及專業知能間接影響任務績效。
    The study adopts questionnaire survey to investigate 460 vocational high school teachers in the northern Taiwan. The purpose of the study is to analyse the relationships among teachers’ moral judgment, organizational citizenship behavior, professional knowledge and task performance.
    The study demonstates that the vocational high school teachers perceive their moral judement, organizaional chtizenship behavior, professional knowledge, and task performance are above average. In addition, the ages of teachers and the periods of service present negative correlation to their moral judgment degree, but present positve correlation to organizational citizenship behavior, professional knowledge and task performance. Furthermore, private school teachers surpass public school teachers in career devotion, organizaional loyalty, and task performance.
    The study also discovers that teachers’ moral judgment is obviously correlated to teacher’s organizational citizenship behavior, altruistic behavior, organizational loyalty, professional knowledge, and as task performance. Besides, the teacher’s organizational citizenship behavior, altruistic behavior, organizational loyalty, and professional knowledge have imposed great influence on task performance. Moreover, teacher’s moral judgment can indirectly affect their task performance, through organizatioanl citizenship behavior and professional knowledge.
