Abstract:	本論文主要目的是探討目前台灣地區預拌混凝土廠供應鏈管理系統採用的現況且提出一研究模式，希望可利用此研究模式來預測及解釋預拌混凝土廠採用供應鏈管理系統之意向的因素，並驗證研究模式的預測及解釋能力，而主要的研究問題是探討組織特性、環境特性以及創新科技特性等構面之因素是否會影響預拌混凝土廠對供應鏈管理系統的採用。本研究以台灣地區預拌混凝土廠為研究母體，深入探索預拌混凝土廠採用供應鏈管理系統之重要影響因素，本研究針對台灣地區預拌混凝土廠共203家進行問卷調查，經過六週的問卷回收，共回收123份，回收率60.59%。剔除因填答不完整之42份無效問卷，共有實際有效問卷81份，故有效問卷回收率為40%。研究顯示，在組織特性構面中「高階主管支持」及「正式化程度」因素跟預拌混凝土廠是否採用供應鏈管理系統並沒有顯著的相關性。環境特性構面中「企業競爭壓力」及「政府與公會政策」因素跟預拌混凝土廠是否採用供應鏈管理系統有顯著的相關性，「資料整合需求」因素上並沒有明顯的與採用供應鏈管理系統有顯著的關係。在創新科技特性構面中「成本」因素跟預拌混凝土廠是否採用供應鏈管理系統有顯著的相關性，而「相對利益」及「相容性」等因素上並沒有明顯的與採用供應鏈管理系統有顯著的關係。 The purpose of this thesis is to explore the adoption of a Supply Chain Management (SCM) system, currently used in Taiwan Ready-Mixed Concrete (RMC) industry, and then to explain the reason why and why not those companies’ use of SCM system. After implementing the questionnaire survey, this research also verifies the model’s ability on forecasting and clarification. The major influencing factors of enterprise adopting such SCM system are in aspects of organization, environment, and innovation technology characteristics. The sample included a total of 203 RMC manufactories. After six-week survey period, 123 completed questionnaires were collected. The response rate approximates 60.59%. There are 81 effective questionnaires cases, excluding 42 non-effective questionnaires answered incompletely. The ratio of valid questionnaires is 40%. The results show that in the organization characteristics dimension, “Sensior manager supporting” and “Formalization of organization” are not correlated with whether RMC will adopt SCM system or not. In environment characteristics, “Enterprise competition pressure “ and “Government and council policy” are highly correlated with whether RMC will adopt SCM system or not. However, “The need of data integration” is not. In innovation technology, “Cost” is highly correlated with whether RMC will adopt SCM system or not. However, “Relative advantage” and “Compatibility” are not.
