Abstract: | 在大型企業紛紛導入ERP 系統後,中小企業為了提升競爭力及拓展業務,導入ERP 系統的比例也大幅提升。然而中小企業對於環境的控制力弱,必需以高度彈性來因應環境的需求,保持對市場快速回應的能力。針對這個發展趨勢,本研究乃以中小企業為研究對象,探討導入ERP 系統後對組織彈性及快速回應能力之影響。本研究的目的有:(一)探討導入ERP 系統後對組織彈性之影響;(二)探討導入ERP 系統後對快速回應能力之影響;及(三)探討導入ERP 系統後後,組織彈性與快速回應能力的相關性。 本研究以導入ERP 系統的中小企業主管為抽樣對象,而研究的主要變項為:(一)組織彈性;及(二)快速回應能力,經由研究去瞭解中小企業導入ERP系統後,對上述變項的影響。本研究採用問卷調查去蒐集資料,以便利抽樣方式進行抽樣,取得 104 份有效問卷,再依調查所獲得的資料進行統計分析,其方法包括:敘述性統計分析、信度分析、因素分析、Z 檢定、相關分析、單因子變異數分析及Scheffe 事後比較,主要研究發現歸納成下列幾點: 一、中小企業導入ERP 系統後對組織彈性的操作彈性及策略彈性兩個構面的提升有顯著影響,對結構彈性的提升則無顯著影響。 二、中小企業導入ERP 系統後對快速回應能力的提升有顯著影響。 三、導入ERP 系統後的組織彈性與快速回應能力有顯著正相關 After large enterprises start adopting Enterprise Resources Planning systems, there is an increasing rate of small and medium-size enterprises introducing the system because of their need to raise enterprises’ competitive advantages and develop their business. However, small and medium-size enterprises have little control over economic environment. They have to react to the needs of the environment with high flexibility and hold the ability of quick response to their market in order to survive. Following this trend, this research, which takes the small and medium-size enterprise as the object of case study, attempts to find out how the adoption of the ERP system has influenced organizational flexibility and quick response ability of a small and medium-size enterprise. The research aims to deal with three issues. First, discuss what factors would affect organizational flexibility after adopting the ERP system. Second, discuss how the adoption of the ERP system has influenced quick response ability. Finally, discuss the correlation between an enterprise’s organizational flexibility and its quick response ability. This research will take the executives from small and medium-size enterprises, who had introduced and helped implementing the ERP system into their company as the object of sampling. There are two main variables in this research: the organizational flexibility and the quick response ability. An investigation using questionnaires to collect data has been conducted to see how the implementation of the ERP system influences these two variables. There will be one hundred and four copies of effective questionnaires sampled for statistic analysis. The methods used in analysis are many, including descriptive statistical analysis, reliability analysis, factors analysis, z-test, correlation analysis, one-way ANOVA analysis, and the comparison with Scheffe post-hoc method. There are three results that I would like to conclude from this research. 1.Aafter small and medium-size enterprises have adopted the ERP system, their operational flexibility and strategic flexibility which consists in organizational flexibility have been increased remarkably, whereas their structural flexibility receives little effect. 2.Aafter small and medium-size enterprises have adopted the ERP system, there has been an apparent effect in the rise of the quick response ability. 3.There is a strong positive correlation between organizational flexibility and quick response ability after the implementation of the ERP system. |
