本研究主要探討即時通訊使用者人格特質、人際關係需求以及即時通訊軟體視窗介面與功能設計對網路成癮的影響。主要的研究目的是:1.探討在即時通訊社群中的人際關係需求對網路成癮之間的影響;2.探討網路成癮在不同人格特質上之差異;3.探討即時通訊介面設計與功能對網路成癮之影響。 本研究係由人格特質、人際關係需求、即時通訊軟體介面與軟體功能設計以及網路成癮方面相關文獻進行一系列的探討,針對即時通訊使用者的人格特質、人際關係需求、即時通訊軟體介面與軟體功能設計三方面分別探討對網路成癮的影響。本研究研究對象範圍為即時通訊軟體中MSN的使用者,自2007年3月25號至2007年4月18號採網路問卷的方式供受訪者進行填答,共計問卷回收390份。研究結果發現:人格特質中的「神經質」;人際關係需求中「與網友的親密性」、「與網友訊息性揭露」、「人際滿意感」以及視窗介面軟體功能設計中的「軟體功能」與網路成癮均呈現正相關。 最後根據研究結果對即時通訊提出三點建議:1.增強即時通訊中人際關係的互動。2.即時通訊軟體必須吸引不同人格特質的使用者3.強化即時通訊軟體功能的實用性。 This study is to explore the personality characteristics, demand of relationships with friends, the Instant Messenger windows interface and software functions design affect the internet addiction. This study has three purposes:1. Exploring the need of relationship between friends in Instant Messenger community affects the internet addiction. 2. Exploring the different personality which become to internet addiction. 3. Exploring the Instant Messenger window interface and software functions design affect the internet addiction. This study is by the personality, the demand of relationships with friends, the Instant Messenger windows interface, software functional design with the internet addiction correlation literatures to carry on a series of discussions. This study’s object scope for the instant communication software in the MSN user, using the internet questionnaires ask people to fill in answers from March 25 to April 18, 2007, total asked the questionnaires recycles 390. The result of this study shows: between the internet addiction and Neuroticism in personality characteristics, closeness with internet friends, information exposition with internet friends, relationship satisfied in need of relationship between friends, and the Instant Messenger’s software function have a positive relationship. Finally this study according to the findings to the Instant Messenger proposed 3 suggestions: 1.Stengthesn in the Instant Messenger the interpersonal relationship interaction. 2.The Instant Messenger software must attract the different personality characteristic users 3.Strengthen the Instant Messenger software function the usability.
