    Abstract: 本研究主要目的是探討何謂幽默領導行為,由研究者自編的模擬實務領導情境,進行相關實務經驗訪談,共完成計16位經推薦之中高階領導者訪談(不含5位預試受訪者),彙整出相關經驗482項,經分析得到274題幽默領導行為有效回應。
    本研究進行程序先從相關文獻探討幽默領導因素,蒐集涉及實務運用幽默領導行為之書籍與資料以設計訪談題目之後,邀請各界人士推薦處事圓融、風趣幽默之領導者擔任研究對象,採用深度訪談實證分析方法加以歸納驗證。將幽默領導行為分析之後,找出平均值以上之十五項幽默領導行為如后:1.「在上位者的誠實」2.「從容自在」3.「自我解嘲」4.「巧妙機智」5.「輕鬆以對」6.「配合演出」7.「反向思考」8.「語帶玄機」9.「將心比心」10.「博感情」11.「講笑話」12.「消遣對方」13.「指桑罵槐」14.「打太極」15.「哀兵策略」。本結果將成為未來供編製量化問卷之依據。
    另歸納出八個命題,如「在壓力的情境下,適用『在上位者的誠實』及『哀兵策略』」;「在尷尬的情境下,適用『自我解嘲』及『從容自在』」等等。
    本研究之發現對促進領導者發揮幽默領導行為有「指引」之功能,亦證明在領導上幽默可經由學習、技巧地掌握以發揮所預期之效果。
    This paper mainly explores people’s reaction to the leader’s humor behavior. Using the researcher’s self designed simulated situations in which 16 recommended leaders had undergone interviews based on their real experiences under certain conditions (5 preliminary interviewers were not included). The result of interview came up with 482 kinds of related experiences and among them 274 were effective responses which are selected to humor leadership behaviors.
    The research start exploring factors of humor leadership from relevant literatures and collect humor leadership behaviors in practice. After designing all questions, the research urged people to recommend mature and humorous leaders as subjects of study and then adopted in depth interviews with real examples to analyze and verify. Then, 15 kinds of the humor leadership behaviors were found deserved for further analysis,for example:“the honesty of the person holding a higher position”、“take som joke”、”fleer myself”、”Imprecation” etc.. Finally Eight propositions were drawn such as the following, for example “In a stress situation, honesty would be the best policy for the person holding a higher position”、“In an embarrassed situation, the leader abashes himself would be a common skill for getting rid of the stress.” etc…..
    This research shows that even in some hostile or embassed situations, leaders should always be calm and try to express some specific humor leadership behavior or even flatter others if they are necessary in their leadership.
