    Abstract: 線上教育訓練利用網際網路無遠弗屆的力量,使得學習可以超越時間、空間的限制,隨時隨地可利用網路學習新知。本研究探討金控公司員工對企業採用線上教育訓練課程的態度與使用行為,提出對線上教育訓練推廣與行銷之建議。
    在研設計方面,研究對象為某ㄧ個案金控公司之員工為對象。該個案公司至94年6月底止,資產總額計293,090百萬元,在台灣所有金控公司排名第三。本研究採用便利抽樣,發出300 份問卷,回收237 份,回收率為79%,其中有效問卷共計232 份,有效回收率為97.89%。
    研究結果顯示出員工對知識的加強有強烈的意願,表示線上教育除了在升學或啟蒙教育相當熱門,對在職進修亦有相當大的市場。同時線上教育訓練的成本較低,課程有同步性的優點,對公司員工本職學能的提升有相當的助益。企業如能推出更好的線上教育訓練課程,員工將會對該課程產生高度的興趣。為使線上學習得推動更為成功、順利,規劃者應更加強課程內容的設計,以使員工更能接受該項產品,達到學習的效果。
    Students can learn without limitation of time and location by e-Training on Internet. The purpose of this research is to explore the attitude and using behaviors of financial holding company employees about e-Training program.
    For research design, the subjects are employees of one financial holding company, which is the third largest financial holding company in Taiwan, and asset is NT$ 293,090million. A total of 300 questionnaires were distributed, 237 were returned, and the return rate was 79%. The number of valid returns was 232, and the valid return rate was 97.89%.
    The results of this research are as following: (1) the employees having strong willingness toward gaining new knowledge which indicating e-Training has large market on job training; (2) e-Training having advantages of low cost and synchronized curriculum; (3) employees can improve their professional skills by e-Training. In order to facilitate employees to accept e-Training, the designers should pay more attention to program contents.
