    Abstract: 本文主要的目的在探討女性經理人工作價值觀、工作生活品質與工作適應之關聯性。本研究從相關的文獻探討開始著手,再根據其理論基礎建立本研究之架構與假設,並選用適當的量表為研究工具,採用便利抽樣法進行抽樣,經抽取國內目前經理級以上女性經理人450人為對象實施問卷調查。針對回收的有效樣本293份資料,進行信度分析、敘述性統計、相關分析、變異數分析及迴歸分析。經實證分析和討論後,獲致主要結論如下:
    1. 工作價值觀與工作適應具有顯著的關聯性,意即女性經理人的工作價值觀認同度愈高時,工作適應能力較好。其中重視「自我成長」、「自我實現」、「尊嚴取向」與「休閒與交通取向」的女性經理人,其工作滿足感愈高。
    2. 工作生活品質與工作適應具有顯著的關聯性,意即當女性經理人工作
    生活品質滿意度高時,工作適應能力較好。其中當女性經理人的工作
    生活品質滿意度愈高時,女性經理人的工作滿足將愈高,而工作壓力
    則愈低;反之工作生活品質滿意度愈低時,女性經理人的工作滿意將愈低,而工作壓力則愈高。
    3. 女性經理人個人特性與工作適應具有顯著的關聯性,其中25歲以下的女性經理人之工作適應比41-45歲,46歲以上工作適應良好;內控性格的女性經理人在工作適應的表現上較佳。
    最後,依據研究結論,對企業及未來研究提出具體建議,以供參考。
    The purpose of this thesis is to discuss the relationship among work values, quality of work life and work adjustment for the female managers. This research is begun to set about from relevant references, then set up structure and hypotheses of this research according to its theoretical foundation, select proper scale for study tool, adopt convenience sampling, implement questionnaire investigation for total 450 female managers. To effective 293 materials of sample retrieving, analyze the reliability, descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, analysis of variance and regression. After the empirical research, the main findings as follows:
    1. There are significant correlations between the quality values and work adjustment. This means, when the degree of quality values is higher, the work adjustment is better. It is to say, for female managers, higher self-identification of working values usually comes with better adjustment in working. This higher satisfaction comes from the female managers who address on self-improving, self-realization, self-esteem, leisure time or the convenience of location.
    2. There are significant correlations between the quality of working life and work adjustment. This means, when the degree of quality of working life is higher, the work adjustment is better. It is to say, for female managers, higher satisfaction of quality in working usually comes with better job satisfaction and less working pressure, and vice versa.
    3. There are significant correlations between the individual characteristics and work adjustment of the female manager. Those under 25 years old perform better working adjustment than over 45. Female managers with internal control character also perform better working adjustment.
    According to the research, some concrete suggestions are proposed here as the reference for enterprises and future researches.
