    Abstract: 由於近年來企業貪瀆舞弊的案件層出不窮，這些案件的爆發都與管理階層之道德操守有關，而這一連串不法的經濟犯罪也對社會帶來負面的影響，因此社會大眾對企業的注意不再侷限於企業本身的經營績效與成果，企業的道德問題亦逐漸成為社會大眾所關注的焦點。
    本研究旨在探討馬基維利人格傾向與不道德行為意圖之關聯性，並以權力為干擾變數。本研究以公民營組織之管理階層為對象，採取便利抽樣法進行問卷調查，共發出302份問卷，回收之有效問卷287份，所得資料經由統計分析方法進行驗證之後，主要發現如下：
    1.馬基維利人格傾向原為單一構面，經過因素分析之後，已重新產生四個因素構面，分別命名為：諂媚奉承、偽善欺瞞、憤世嫉俗與功利狡詐。
    2.馬基維利人格傾向對不道德行為意圖有顯著正向影響，其中又以「諂媚奉承」構面對不道德行為意圖的影響最為顯著。
    3.權力對不道德行為意圖有部份顯著正向影響，其中只有「職權」構面對不道德行為意圖有顯著正向影響。
    In these years there are a lot of corruption events committed by enterprise high management level. These illegal economic crime events submit negative effect to society public. Therefore, the public do not only look at the enterprise performance and achievement, but also generally put their focus on the ethical issue.
    This research is to study the Relationships between Machiavellianism and Unethical Behavior Intention--power as the Moderator. This research target to the management level of public and private organization, and adopt the convenient sample analysis method for questionnaire investigation. There are 287 valid received samples from total 302 issued copies. After static analysis verification for the acquired data, the conclusions are as below:
    1.Machiavellianism is a single composition. The analysis splits it to 4 factors: flattery hypocrisy、cynic、cunning.
    2.Machiavellianism significantly and positively affects the unethical behavior intention. Flattery is the most significant factor.
    3.Partial of power affects the unethical behavior intention significantly in positive. Only position power factor affects the unethical behavior intention significantly in positive.
