It is believed that Collaborative team is indivisible in recent organization. However, there are rarely research to compare all types of group decision rules. Moreover, study the effect of different decision rules to different variables.

On the other hand, many literature point out that time pressure which affect to group process and the results is an important variable.

Through 165 senior students in college (49 teams) who took strategic management in 2003, 2004 and 2005 played a computerized decision game, we controlled decision time as an independent variable and collect decision rules, group performance and their satisfaction. We found that:

There isn’t correlation or correlation in significance between Group Decision Rules, Time Pressure, Group Performance or Member’s Satisfaction.

We consider that, without our limitation, this study provide results different with others.
