近年來線上遊戲市場已經進入成熟期階段,市場達到飽和的地步,遊戲也如雨後春筍般冒出,其中不乏許多號稱免費的線上遊戲,此種新型營運方式,成敗尚未知數,卻已經造成大量線上遊戲玩家跳槽的效應,導致遊戲人氣的潰散。如何維持與提升顧客滿意度與忠誠度,成為遊戲業者在經營上的重要議題。故本研究從遊戲設計、虛擬社群與收費制度的角度,探討對顧客滿意度與忠誠度之影響。 本研究的結果如下: 1.線上遊戲之遊戲設計對顧客滿意度有顯著正向影響。從個別構面來看,對顧客滿意度顯著正向影響的因素為「人際互動」、「故事結構」、「人物設定」、「遊戲配樂」,其中以「人際互動」最顯著。而「操作介面」則是顯著負向相關,而「美術風格」、「視覺畫面」、「任務難度」則是無顯著影響。 2.線上遊戲之虛擬社群對顧客滿意度有顯著正向影響。從個別構面來看,對顧客滿意度顯著正向影響的因素為「社交」、「共同利益」,其中以「社交」因素最顯著,而「交易」、「取得訊息」、「幻想」則是無顯著影響。 3.線上遊戲之收費制度對顧客滿意度有顯著正向影響。從個別構面來看,對顧客滿意度顯著正向影響的因素為「收費安全性」、「收費多樣性」,其中以「收費多樣性」因素最顯著。而「收費便利性」則是無顯著影響。 4.線上遊戲之顧客滿意度對顧客忠誠度有顯著正向影響。從個別構面來看,顧客滿意度也對顧客忠誠的各個因素(「交叉購買」、「推薦給他人」、「價格容忍度」、「再購意願」)有顯著影響。 In recent years, on-line game industry in Taiwan has stepped into a maturity stage, more and more new on-line games enter the market. Industry inevitably needs to face the issues of market saturation and slow growth. Some of new on-line games declare that they are all free. Although the success or failure of this operation model is still unknown, customers may have the switching behavior to a new free on-line game. How to maintain or enhance the degree of satisfaction and loyalty of clients is the key factor for companies in the industry. The major findings are as following: 1. Game design of on-line game has significant and positive effects on satisfaction of clients. 2. Virtual community of on-line game has significant and positive effects on satisfaction of clients. 3. Pay system of on-line game has significant and positive effects on satisfaction of clients. 4. Satisfaction of clients has significant and positive effects on loyalty of clients.
