Abstract: | 台灣已於2002年1月1日正式成為WTO的會員國,對汽車產業而言,勢必要開放進口汽車的管制,降低進口關稅,取消自製率的規定,這些對國內汽車產業及汽車零組件產業造成相當大的衝擊。另一方面,國內汽車零組件廠商的規模多屬中小企業型態,在面對國際競爭及WTO的雙重壓力下,如何提高本身的附加價值,以獲取競爭優勢,是一重要課題。而在汽車產業供應鏈中,汽車零組件廠商如何利用上游原材料供應商的能力,透過策略性採購的運用,以提昇其組織績效,是本研究的主要目的。 經由問卷資料分析結果,獲得以下幾項結果,可提供業界在擬訂策略時之參考: (1)汽車零組件廠商對於產業環境關鍵因素、策略性採購與組織績效的關聯性,並未因行業別而有差異存在。 (2)需求的不確定性對存貨水準、採購前置時間及外包均有顯著影響。 (3)設計變更頻繁對與供應商建立夥伴關係及資訊分享有顯著影響,同時開發設計壓力對外包有顯著影響。 (4)在面對汽車製造廠的設計變更頻繁,汽車零組件廠商願意將資訊分享予其供應商,例如生產計劃、銷售計劃。另一方面資訊的分享不但會縮短採購前置時間,而且能提昇顧客滿意度。但設計變更頻繁卻對採購前置時間及顧客滿意度沒有影響,這意味著在設計變更頻繁的環境因素下,汽車零組件廠商必須透過資訊分享的運用,以縮短採購前置時間及提昇顧客滿意度。此點也印證了學者如楊思政(2005)及Lee(2000)等研究所言,資訊分享可以使廠商提昇供應鏈的效率及競爭優勢。 Taiwan has become a member of WTO from January 1, 2002, so hat the Government will open the market for foreign automobile makers and lower the import duties and cancel the self-production rate. The changes of the government''s policies will result in a great shock to local mobile and auto parts makers. On the other hand, it will be an important problem that the local auto parts makers how to promote its value and get the competitive advantage when they face the pressures of international competition and WTO, although most of them are small scale. Therefore the primary purpose of this study is how the auto parts makers to use its upstream supplier''s competence and strategic sourcing to promote the organization performance. Through the analysis of questionnaire, there are some conclusions are derived from the study, which can be the reference for auto parts makers: (1) There are many fields in the auto parts industry, and there has no difference between the fields for the environment factors, strategic sourcing, and organization performance. (2) The demand uncertainties have influence on inventory, procure lead time and organization performance. (3) The design-revised has influence on building partner relationship with suppliers and information sharing. Besides, the pressures of development and design have influence on outsourcing. (4) To face the design-revised of car makers, the auto parts makers would like to share information with its suppliers (for example, the information of produce plan or sales plan). On the other hand, the information sharing can not only short the procure lead time, but also promote the customer''s satisfaction. But the design-revised doesn''t affect the procure lead time and the customer''s satisfaction, may be it means that under the environment of design-revised, the auto parts makers should use the interference of information sharing to affect the procure lead time and customer''s satisfaction. It proved too that the information sharing can promote supply chain''s efficiency and get organization competitive advantages which had been studied by Yang, Si-Chen(2005) and Lee(2000). |
