    Title: 管理者授權與組織結構對供應鏈運作績效影響之探討

    Abstract: 為了因應快速回應消費者的需求並維持競爭力的同時,企業如何結合供應鏈的各種作業機能,提供快速回應滿足客戶需求的服務系統,並有效的縮短物品流通之時程與路徑,以提昇企業的競爭力,和供應鏈的管理策略有密切的關係。由於供應鏈中的成員關係緊密,故管理者的授權程度及組織結構將影響到企業的決策,勢必對管理績效產生極大的影響。本研究主要研究之目的為:1.探討管理者授權對供應鏈運作績效的滿意度之影響;2. 探討組織結構對供應鏈運作績效的滿意度之影響;3. 探討企業屬性與供應鏈運作績效的滿意度之關聯性。
    研究對象為中華民國物流協會會員之企業及其員工為母體,將問卷以郵寄方式寄發,共計發放440份;有效問卷130份,有效問卷率為29.54%。
    研究結果發現:1. 供應鏈運作績效的滿意度並不會因授權程度的不同而對結果產生影響;2. 組織結構與供應鏈運作績效之滿意度有相關性;3.企業的屬性對於供應鏈運作績效之滿意度有顯著的影響。
    In order to make quick response to consumers and compete with other business in the same industry, how to integrate all partners within supply chain obtain synergy effect and shorten the route to market are key factors regarding supply chain strategies. Empowerment and organization structure will influence the supply chain strategies also affect to the business operation performance. Main purposes of this research are: 1. probing the influence of supply chain operation performance regarding empowerment; 2. finding the impression on operation performance of supply chain concerning with organization structure; 3. studying the relevance of supply chain between operation performance and business attributes.
    The sample size of this research is 440 which from the population of Taiwan Association of Logistics Management, and valid sample size is 130 by mailing questionnaires.
    Findings of this research for supply chain management are: 1. no empowerment influence on operation performance; 2. organization structure has impacts on operation performance; 3. business attributes are related with operation performance significantly.
