    Abstract: 隨著近年來「寫作」議題持續發燒與備受矚目,「寫作力」已漸為各方重視之基本能力。本研究即以「商業寫作能力」為探討主軸,並加入同性質之「口頭表達能力」交互比較,以瞭解公司之行政管理部門主管對部屬該項能力之重視度,並加以探討主管對部屬該項能力衡量程度與主管認知關係品質、授權與績效評估間之影響性。研究目的歸納如下:
    一、瞭解行政管理部門主管,對部屬商業寫作、口頭表達能力各衡量標準之重視度。
    二、探討行政管理部門主管對不同部屬商業寫作與口頭表達能力之程度衡量,是否會影響主管認知關係品質、主管授權與績效評估。
    三、探討行政管理部門主管認知關係品質不同是否影響對部屬之授權與績效評估。
    四、探討不同屬性之行政管理部門主管及所任職公司,對部屬之商業寫作能力及口頭表達能力重視度是否有所差異。
    五、探討不同程度部屬之商業寫作及口頭表達能力及該能力不同組合,是否會對主管認知關係品質、主管授權及績效評估間之影響有所差異。
    本研究採用問卷調查法,以行政管理部門主管為問卷對象,共發出580份問卷,回收有效問卷159份(317份樣本),利用SPSS12.0統計軟體驗證研究假設。研究結果顯示:
    一、行政管理部門主管對部屬商業寫作與口頭表達能力均屬高重視度。
    二、比較商業寫作與口頭表達能力構面對各變項之影響,傳達力構面影響性高於呈現力。
    三、比較商業寫作與口頭表達能力對各變項之影響,口頭表達能力影響性高於商業寫作能力。
    四、比較商業寫作與口頭表達能力高、低程度對各變項之影響,能力高之影響性高於能力低。
    五、行政管理部門部屬之商業寫作能力對其主管認知關係品質、主管授權、績效評估有顯著影響。
    六、行政管理部門部屬之口頭表達能力對其主管認知關係品質、主管授權、績效評估有顯著影響。
    七、行政管理部門主管認知關係品質對其授權、績效評估有顯著影響。
    八、主管認知關係品質對於部屬商業寫作能力與主管授權、績效評估間具中介關係。
    九、主管認知關係品質對於部屬口頭表達能力與主管授權、績效評估間具中介關係。
    As the issue of “writing” has become more and more popular and caught much attention in recent years, the “ability to write” is now an essential capability that every one asks for. In this study, the “ability of business writing” is considered as the center of investigation, and the “ability of verbal expression” is added for comparison in order to find out how the supervisor of administration department in a company evaluates the importance of the ability in a subordinate, while the influence among the measurement of the supervisor on the ability in a subordinate, the supervisor’s recognition of relation quality, empowerment and performance evaluation is investigated. The intentions of this study are summarized as follows:

    1.To understand how much the supervisor of an administration department values business writing ability, verbal expression ability and other measurement criteria in a subordinate;
    2.To investigate if the evaluation of the supervisor of an administration department has influence to the supervisor’s recognition on relation quality, supervisor’s empowerment and performance evaluation;
    3.To investigate the different recognition of the supervisor of an administration department has influence to his/her empowerment to and performance evaluation on a subordinate;
    4.To study if there is any difference in the valuation of the supervisor of an administration department and the company that he/she works for on the business writing ability and verbal expression ability of a subordinate;
    5.To find out if the difference in the business writing ability and verbal expression ability of subordinates of different levels and the combination of the two abilities has any influence to their supervisor’s recognition on relation quality, supervisor’s empowerment and performance evaluation.

    Questionnaire survey was introduced in this study, and the subjects of survey were mostly supervisors of an administration department. 580 questionnaires were issued and 159 (out of 317) returned questionnaires were valid. The statistics software program SPSS12.0 was used for verification of research assumptions. The research results show that:

    1.The supervisors of an administration department are highly interested in the business writing and verbal expression abilities of a subordinate.
    2.The influence of communications is greater than that of presentation as shown in the comparison of influence of business writing and verbal expression abilities to each of the variables.
    3.The influence of verbal expression ability is greater than that of business writing ability as shown in the comparison of influence of verbal expression ability and business writing ability to each of the variables.
    4.The influence of superior abilities is greater than that of inferior abilities as shown in the comparison of influence of superior and inferior business writing and verbal expression abilities.
    5.The business writing ability of an subordinate in an administration department has significant influence to his/her supervisor’s recognition of relation quality, supervisor’s empower and performance evaluation.
    6.The verbal expression ability of an subordinate in an administration department has significant influence to his/her supervisor’s recognition of relation quality, supervisor’s empower and performance evaluation.
    7.The recognition of relation quality in the supervisor of an administration department has significant influence to his/her empowerment and performance evaluation.
    8.The recognition of relation quality in a supervisor has an intervening relationship with his/her subordinates’ business writing ability and his/her empowerment and performance evaluation.
    9.The recognition of relation quality in a supervisor has an intervening relationship with his/her subordinates’ verbal expression ability and his/her empowerment and performance evaluation.
