    Abstract: 近年來,全球電子工業因不斷創新和製程進步而呈現快速發展趨勢,每年新的原材應用和新製作技術更新速度越來越快,不斷縮短著產品的升級替換週期,加以國際間環保意識高漲,因而電子產品更是首當其衝被要求要符合環保。
    在面對國際間強大的環保壓力下,企業若能順應環保潮流將環保問題當做一種轉機,這也是企業本身的競爭優勢及利基。本研究從文獻彙整和深度訪談中發現,個案公司擔任研發重責的工程師,年資淺的工程師對綠色設計產品概念最有興趣且最樂意接受這方面的教育訓練課程。
    本研究建議做為一個專業代工廠雖必須配合客戶需求開發出客戶所需產品,但更應該不只限於和這些國際大廠學習技術,而是對於未來新產品設計的概念與訊息,更應注意和提出環保建議,藉此更能與客戶間保持更長久的合作關係。
    Past years, because continue inventive and production skill growing on electronic industry. The original material usage and new production process upgrade faster every year, these cause products’s upgrade or replace cycle shortly. Today’s the international’s environmental consciousness growing; the electronic product was required to matching environmental protection.

    Facing the international’s stronger environmental protection pressure, if enterprise fact this and following this trend, that will give enterprise a good competition advantage and niche too. This study analyzes document and depth interviews with engineer whose responsibility was research and develops, find out the junior engineer was more interest for the green product design and to take this type’s training.

    This study can be a reference to professional cooperate factory that although must develops customer necessary product, but not only study technical from big international company and also get the newer concept for the future product design and information. Pay attention and propose for environmental protection that will keep a longest customer’s relationship.
