    摘要: 本研究探討在壽險公司的教育訓練架構中,衛星視訊教育推動所應考慮的關鍵因素及內容設計模式,進而瞭解衛星視訊教育與企業教育訓練架構中的發展範圍和方向,並探討該訓練方式對業務員的學習是否能夠改變行為態度。本研究試圖達到以下目的(一)探討不同特質之壽險業務人員,與收視行為之相關性。(二)探討不同特質之壽險業務人員,與收視動機之相關性。(三)探討不同特質之壽險業務人員,與收視滿意度之相關性。(四)探討壽險業務人員之收視動機與收視行為之間的相關性。(五)探討壽險業務人員之收視滿意度與收視行為之間的相關性。(六)探討壽險業務人員之收視行為與效果之間的相關性。透過以上分析的結果,希望能提出對於數量眾多且流動性高之壽險業務人員,實施衛星教育訓練內容設計時之建議參考。
    本研究結果如下
    一、不同業務人員的收視行為,除性別及年資與其沒有顯著相關外,在學歷、收入、年齡等特質與收視行為達顯著相關
    二、不同業務人員的特質會影響其收視動機及收視滿意度。
    三、業務人員的收視行為與其收視動機達顯著相關。
    四、業務人員的收視行為與其收視滿意度達顯著相關。
    五、業務人員的收視行為與其訓練效果達顯著相關。
    The aim of this essay is to explore the key factors and system design considered by satellite training launches in life insurance companies. Further, we will study the developing scopes and directions under the coordinated structure of satellite learning and the company’s training. And study if platform of satellite training can improve the behavior and attitude of agents.

    This study seeks for the following goals:
    1. The correlation between viewer’s behaviors and characters in different life insurance agents.
    2. The correlation between viewer’s motives and characters in different life insurance agents.
    3. The correlation between viewer’s satisfaction and characters in different life insurance agents.
    4. The correlation between viewer’s motives and behaviors in different life insurance agents.
    5. The correlation between viewer’s satisfaction and behaviors in different life insurance agents
    6. The correlation between viewer’s behaviors and training effects in different life insurance agents.

    By the result of analysis, we will make a recommendation to design of satellite training for numerous life insurance agents with high mobility.
    The result of this study:
    1. Except gender and seniority, there is strong correlation between academic
    background, income, age and viewer’s behaviors .
    2. The different characters of agents affect the viewer’s motives and satisfaction.
    3.The viewer’s behaviors and motives in agents have strong correlation.
    4.The viewer’s behaviors and satisfaction in agents have strong correlation.
    5.The viewer’s behaviors and training effects in agents have strong correlation.
