    摘要: 本研究旨在探討中等職業學校師生資訊技能需求情形。經由參考文獻資料,訂定「中等職業學校資訊技能需求問卷調查表」之研究工具,問卷的主要架構採用資訊技術、技術管理、商業知識、人際溝通等四個構面為主,共有四十二個問卷議題。在資料分析過程,將四十二個問卷議題嘗試使用主成份分析法,經研究發現並未與原作者Lee不一致,同時在資訊技術的24個議題當中,經由因素分析衍生出資料處理、程式語言、系統資訊、網際網路等四個構面。因此,在資料分析部分,即以這七個構面作為師生資訊技能需求統計的測量值。參考相同的資訊教學課程與教學環境下,觀察其間的相關性與差異情形,本問卷有效的回收樣本共有345位,經統計分析之後,獲得初步的結果如下:
    一、老師部分:認為資訊人員在職場上的必備能力是:資料處理能力、程式語言能力、網際網路能力及技術管理,不需要的是系統資訊能力。
    二、畢業校友部分:認為商業知識及技術管理在職場上才是較為需要的,認為程式語言能力以及網際網路能力則不太需要。
    三、應屆畢業生部分:認為各項技能在職場上都僅是普通需要而已。對於職場中所必須具備之專業技能構面需求度上,皆視為普通甚至不太需要,而比較認為需要的僅有系統資訊能力。
    四、在顯著差異方面,師生在「資料處理能力」、「程式語言能力」、「網際網路能力」、「技術管理」與「系統資訊能力」都有顯著差異。畢業校友與應屆畢業生在「商業知識」、「技術管理」方面亦有顯著的差異。教師在「資料處理能力」、「程式語言能力」、「網際網路能力」方面,都比應屆畢業生與畢業校友認為資訊技能是需要的。教師與畢業校友的學歷愈高,則愈重視「網際網路能力」。
    根據上述研究的結論,以提供學界、業界、教育相關單位與未來研究者參考。

    The purpose of this study is to explore the needs for information skills in the vocational high school. Through the literature review, the study establishes the study methodology of “questionnaire survey for informational skills in the vocational high school”. The main structure of the questionnaire is made on the basis of technical specialties knowledge, technology management knowledge, business functional knowledge, interpersonal and management skills, etc. four dimensions, including 42 questions. In the process of data analysis, the study tries to use main composition analysis method, and it finds consistent with the original author Lee. In 24 questions of the information technology section, it also creates information processing, program language, system information, and Internet ability, etc. four dimensions. Therefore, the seven dimensions in the data analysis are used for the statistical measurement values of information skills of the teachers and students. The study is aimed to observe the relationship and difference under the same information-teaching course and environment. The study receives a total of 345 responses. After statistical analysis, the study obtains the following results:

    1. For teachers, the necessary abilities for information personnel on the job are: data processing, program language, Internet, and technical management, but no need for system information ability.
    2. For graduate schoolmate, business knowledge and technology management are required abilities on the job, but program language and Internet are not likely to be necessary.
    3. For graduating students, they think each of ability on the job is commonly required. They think the needs for professional skills on the job are ordinary and not extremely required, but think the only need is system information.
    4. There are significant differences in “information processing”, “program language”, Internet ability”, technology management”, and “system information” between teachers and students. For alumna and graduating students, there are significant differences in “business knowledge” and “technology management”. The teachers think they need “data processing”, program language” and “Internet ability”, more than graduating students and alumna who demand for more information skills. The higher education the teachers and alumna possess, they pay more attention to “Internet ability”.

    Finally, the conclusions are made for academic circle, industries and education related institutions and future researchers for reference.
