衝突充斥在社會各階層，工作場所發生尤多，除了因為工作任務引起的衝突種類，人際之間的衝突亦不少，如何處理才可達成雙贏的局面，必定需要極高的智慧。身為部門主管對部門內衝突的情形不可掉以輕心，尤其社會民主程度日益增高，主管除了專業素養，也要修正本身人格特質之缺陷，以免對衝突造成惡性的影響。 不過,衝突並非一無是處的觀念已廣為接受，良性的衝突不但為企業帶來活力，也可凝聚組織向心力，刺激部門的創意，提昇競爭力，衝突管理的重要性不言可喻。 主管的人格特質對部門內衝突影響程度之輕重，關係衝突管理之良窳，本研究意圖自有限之問卷分析中歸納出一些建議，在浩瀚的學術領域中也許只是野人獻曝，但對本身卻是一大收獲。 關鍵詞:人格特質;衝突管理 The conflict is common in society, especially take place at workingplace.
