| 摘要: | 由於資訊傳遞快速使得科技革新的速度也跟著加快，電子公司可透過研發人員不斷的技術創新能力來提升競爭優勢，因此技術創新能力便成為未來電子公司的關鍵成功因素。同時技術創新能力也受到學術界的重視，因此有許多學者紛紛投入技術創新能力的研究中，且多數是探討知識分享與技術創新能力之間的關係。在知識分享與技術創新能力的相關研究中，大多數的研究是呈現正向關係，但有部份學者的研究結果不盡相同，因此推斷在知識分享與技術創新能力之間可能存在著干擾變數。故本研究加入組織焦慮做為干擾變數來探討之間的影響關係。本研究採用層級迴歸的方法，來驗證知識分享與技術創新能力的關係、組織焦慮與知識分享的關係及組織焦慮的干擾效果對知識分享與技術創新能力的影響。
根據研究結果顯示，組織焦慮將會對知識分享與技術創新能力造成干擾的影響，但可能由於組織焦慮所發揮出來的綜效不易立即反應在技術創新能力上。故建議後續研究者能夠採用縱斷面的方式來進行研究的工作，如此一來將更能夠清楚的看出知識分享與技術創新能力的效果，且也更能夠提高研究的真實性。
本研究也建議從事知識分享與技術創新能力活動電子企業，在評估知識分享與技術創新能力的交互效果時，應該使用長期的概念而不是短期的概念。雖然知識分享與技術創新能力所產生的綜效無法在短期內發揮出來但電子業仍然不可忽略其重要性，在資訊流通快速且競爭激烈的未來，知識分享與技術創新能力將成為企業的關鍵成功因素。
Due to the rapid transmission of information makes the speed of technological innovation has also been accelerated, Electronics R & D personnel can break through the technological innovation to enhance the capacity of competitive advantage, so the ability of technological innovation will become the company''s electronic critical success factors in the future. At the same time, technological innovation is regarded as the important capability by the academic community, so many scholars were involved in the study of technological innovation capability, and the number of them are to explor the relationship between the knowledge sharing of and technology innovation capability. For the relevant studies about knowledge sharing and technological innovation capability, most of the research presented the direct ratio relationship, and thus infer the interference variables between the knowledge sharing and technological innovation capacity may exist. To explor the impact of interference, the organization anxiety is incorporated in this study to be the interference variable for the further research.In this study, the level of regression methods is adopted to verify the relationship between the knowledge sharing and technological innovation capability, the relationship between the Organization anxiety and knowledge sharing, and the impact to knowledge sharing and technological innovation capability caused by organization anxiety.
Studies have shown that organization anxiety will impact knowledge sharing and technological innovation capability, but may be it’s just the reason that synergy from organization anxiety can’t be revealed easily on technological innovation capability. It is suggested that the use of longitudinal way to follow-up the further research, ao as to let the effect that knowledge sharing and technological innovation capability more clear, and also be able to enhance the authenticity much more.
The study also recommended the e-business to engage the activities in knowledge sharing activities and technological innovation capability, and the long-term concept shall be adopted rather than short-term concept when assessing the interactive between knowledge sharing and technological innovation capability.Even though the synergy of knowledge sharing and technological innovation capability can not be played in the short term future for the electronics industry but still can not neglect its importance. The rapid flow of information and intense competition in the future, we believe knowledge sharing and technological innovation capability will become the critical success factors of enterprises. |
