本研究目的在分析台商投資中國的現況與未來發展方向。一方面就各方面統計資料及研究機構發表之論文探討台商投資中國須具備之條件與競爭特質，並經由問卷實際了解台商之現況與問題點，做為建議未來投資中國應注意之事項。 本研究主要目的如下： 一、 探討台商投資中國的主要動機因素。 二、 分析台商投資中國之優劣勢及演變。 三、 經由問卷及訪談提出台商投資中國的一些建議。 本研究希望透過資料蒐集及問卷調查對影響台商投資的因素進行分析，探索其中的一些問題，進而針對當前的發展方向，對台商企業及輔導投資部門(經濟部投資審議委員會)提出建議，作為參考和借鏡。 The purpose of this study is to investigate the Investment of Taiwan enterprises to mainland China. The message conditions and applications for investing China are analyzed according to the statistical data and past publications the motivations of Taiwan business investing China and the difficulties faced are questionnaire, the given results can be regarded as suggestions to future investors. The main objects of this study are as follows: 1. The key motivation factors of Taiwan business investing China 2. The present situations and future trend of Taiwan businesses investment to China. 3. Suggestions for Taiwan businesses investing to China through questionnaire and interviews to investigate of Taiwan to China. The troubles and problem of Taiwan businesses investing china now faced are proposed through questionnaire and interviews which can be good suggestionsor references for future investors to china.
