    Abstract: 工作價值觀、工作滿足及組織公民行為是組織管理上經常被提及的三個重要概念。不同環境背景下成長的人,往往會有著不同的工作價值觀與工作態度。工作滿足是指組織成員對工作的一般情感性反應與評價,工作滿足的高低影響其在工作上的表現。在組織中,個體的行為表現超越個體的義務,亦即超越了組織對個人正式工作的要求,此種行為就是組織公民行為。若能瞭解公司中員工的工作價值觀,提高員工的工作滿足感,就可使得員工表現出超越公司所要求之最低限度以上的行為,如此一來便有利於公司運作,提高公司的效能。
    本研究以中華電信之在職員工為研究對象,採用問卷調查法進行資料蒐集,以進行實證研究,共發出500份問卷,回收284份,扣除41份無效問卷後,實得有效問卷243份,有效回收率為48.6﹪,經過分析後歸納出以下結論:(1)不同性別的受試者在工作價值觀方面有顯著差異。(2)不同性別的受試者在工作滿足方面有顯著差異。(3)不同部門別的受試者在工作價值觀方面有顯著差異。(4)中華電信在職員工之工作價值觀會影響其組織公民行為。(5)中華電信在職員工之工作滿足程度會影響其組織公民行為。
    Work value, job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior are popular subjects in organizational management and have been mentioned very often. People grow up in different backgrounds have different work value and their attitude toward work are different too. Job satisfaction means how the employees feel about their work that did effect upon their performance on working. Organizational citizenship behavior means those who did extra work for benefit of the organization and they are not asking to do so. If we trying to understand the work value of the employees and make them feel satisfy on their job that will be possible suggestions to make them do the extra works to improve the organization benefits.
    This research takes Chunghwa Telecom as an example. The research samples are the employees that who is working for Chunghwa Telecom at the moment by random selected in Taipei, Taichung and Kaohsiung. Questionnaire was used as the instrument for this research. There are 500 copies of questionnaire were sent out to the employees of Chunghwa Telecom by mail or website. Among them, 284 copies of questionnaire were retrieved, after deleted 41 invalid copies, there are 243 copies valid. The active valid rate of questionnaire is 48.6 %. The findings of the study include employee of different genders effect upon work value and job satisfaction, and employees of different department effect upon work value. Both work value and job satisfaction have effect upon organizational citizenship behavior.
