本研究主要目的在運用十字管理法診斷三重果菜批發市場之競爭力與經營問題;同時運用統計推論的問卷調查法瞭解供應商與承銷商對三重果菜批發市場營運之滿意度及二者觀點有無顯著差異;並透過MERSI五個構面(理念、環境、實力、策略、執控)分析各因素與經營績效之間的關聯性。另一方面藉由文獻探討研究營運模式、商業模式及管理模式三者之差異並探尋新的定義。研究結論顯示:研究者運用MERSI理論,診斷三重果菜公司,綜合結果評為穩健經營、展望中向之企業。五個構面中按分數高低依序:理念、策略、環境、實力、執控。問卷調查結果,供應商與承銷商對三重果菜公司之滿意度,供應商大於承銷商,二者之間除理念一項看法較一致,其餘四個變項均有顯著差異。另經營績效與MERSI五因子的關聯性,從迴歸分析中發現五因子之比重並不相同(原假定五因子各佔20%)。此研究意涵:MERSI理論要找到一個通式準則是有困難的。 The main purpose of this study is to diagnose the competitiveness & management problems of SFVM Company with MERSI Management skills; meanwhile using questionaire survey of statistic inference to find out the satisfactory degree to SFVM of suppliers and wholesalers and whether significant difference in satisfactory degree or not between them. This research also analyzed the association of management factors with performance through five dimentions (Mind, Ecosystem, Resources, Strategy & Implementation). On the other hand, it tried to tell the term difference among operation model ,business model and management model and seek out new definitions. The results of this research show: SFVM is a stable and future-neutralized of management from the persfective of MERSI . And the scores of five dimentions from the highest to the lowest by order are :Mind, Strategy, Ecosystem, Resources & Implementation. The questionaire survey shows : as far as the satisfactory degree to SFVM is concerned ,suppliers are bigger than wholesalers and the other four factors existing significant difference except Mind factor. In addition ,this study also finds the coefficients of five factors of MERSI are not equal , which is against the assumption of MERSI .The implication of this study shows it is difficult to formularize or generalize MERSI.
