摘要:	在全球倡導「無毒/害」、「健康」、「樂活」、「環境保護」、「節約能源」…綠色概念的浪潮下，國際企業紛紛採用綠色供應鏈 (Green Supply Chain)，若製程又能夠符合嚴苛的「歐盟環保指令」，則可使產品行銷全球。然而，企業要如何實行「無毒/害」的綠色供應鏈制度？要如何執行「無毒/害」的綠色優先順序？要如何進行專業分工？要如何挑選最適「無毒/害」的綠色夥伴 (Green Partner)供應商？嚴然，已成為眾多製造廠商必須審慎評估的課題。有鑑於此，本研究以運動球類周邊產業為研究對象，藉由實務運作、資料收集、文獻探討、個案實例等方式資料整合出適用於各個產業的「無毒/害」綠色標準(Green Standard)。藉此，提供該產業實行綠色供應鏈政策的實務指標及參考依據，除可作為其它產業之各階段挑選及評定「無毒/害」綠色夥伴(Green Partner)之決策準則外，更可讓有心「進入歐盟市場」及「朝向永續經營」的企業們，再次重視及深入瞭解。惟有在全面品德管理(Total Ethics Management)的倫理企業(Ethics Corporation)，必能將眼前環保指令(Environmental Directive)的貿易障礙(Trade Barrier)由危機(Crisis)變為轉機(Opportunity)。 The Global Tide is full of the Non-Poison, Health, LOHAS, Environmental Protection, Energy Fit …Green Concept. Large international businesses have adopted Non-Poison Green Supply Chain into their operations one after another while raising awareness of Environmental Consciousness. The key is the manufacturer must match the Eurasia Environmental Directives within the nation in order to sell products worldwide. However, how can corporations set up Non-Poison Green Supply Chain? How can corporations under the priority set up Non-Poison Green Sequences and the System of Division of Labor, how manufacturers can pick appropriate Green Partners as their suppliers? These are the topics that manufacturers must carefully evaluate. Based on the large number of references, this study of the Sports-Ball Accessories Industry attempts to contribute a Green Standard by focusing on the fallowing methods: (1)Studies of Real Operations, (2)Collection of Second any Information, (3)Reviews on Academic Articles, and (4)Case Studies. This study is looking forward to proposing the Non-Poison Green Supply Chain Strategy for the corporations as the operating standard as well as a selection standard for choosing suitable green partners for downstream merchants. For continuousness of corporate operations, deep reviewing and understanding the Ethics Corporation of the Total Ethics Management (TEM) can shift the Trade Barrier of the Environmental Directives from the Crisis to the Opportunities.
