    摘要: 近年來由於硬碟技術的快速提升,帶動了中低階產品的市場需求,影響了磁碟陣列產業的發展方向。這樣對於長期在中低階市場耕耘的台灣磁碟陣列廠商,雖然帶來了商機,卻也增加了競爭。本研究的目的將找出台灣磁碟陣列產業的關鍵成功因素,並且確認其重要性排序,以對業界提出未來發展與經營的建議。
    本研究經由資料分析與專家意見,整合確認出關鍵因素,再採用層級程序分析法(AHP),經由產業中具有豐富經驗,以及經營管理知識的30位專家填寫問卷,回收加以分析後,找出台灣磁碟陣列產業關鍵成功因素的重要性排序,結果顯示如下:
    1.產品、技術研發創新能力(權重:0.1477)
    2.研發人才培育及留任能力(權重:0.0972)
    3.產品品質控管能力(權重:0.0759)
    4.產品差異化(權重:0.0607)
    5.建立品牌形象(權重:0.0596)
    6.對客戶的影響力(權重:0.0571)
    7.市場區隔界定(權重:0.0563)
    8.市場領導之優勢(權重:0.0501)
    The big increase in the entry and mid-range storage systems market has been influencing the storage RAID system development direction since the hard drive technology progressed rapidly. It brings more business to the Taiwan storage suppliers who have invested the entry and mid-range storage systems for a long time, but it also leads to more competitiveness.
    The purpose of this research is to find out the key success factors in Taiwan storage RAID system industry. This research confirmed the key success factors through data analysis and the feedback from storage experts. It adopted the Analytical Hierarchy Process ( AHP ) to come out the priorities in importance of key success factors in Taiwan storage RAID industry through the questionnaire feedback by the related senior managers in storage field.
    The results indicate the following:
    1.The development and innovation of product and technology ( weight : 0.1477 )
    2.The development and retaining of research staff
    ( weight : 0.0972 )
    3.The product quality control and management ( weight : 0.0759 )
    4.The product differentiation ( weight : 0.0607 )
    5.Building the brand image ( weight : 0.0596 )
    6.The influence on customers ( weight : 0.0571 )
    7.The market separation ( weight : 0.0563 )
    8.The advantage of market leader ( weight : 0.0501 )
