    Abstract: 本研究透過專家訪談法,探索企業主或企業最高決策階層,在面臨企業重大轉折時,所需要的策略思維。以「進、退、分、合」為策略方向,探討當企業面臨環境變化時,受訪者的決策需求;進而歸納出當環境變化或企業面臨轉折時,有助於企業高層決策者選擇應對策略,具有參考價值的假說。
    本研究訪談主題分為五大部份:進、退、分、合四個策略方向,以及上述四個策略方向對企業成敗的綜合影響。受訪者大部份為企業負責人、高層決策者及學者專家;其中個案企業為國內小家電業的龍頭、上市公司,見證台灣企業三十餘年的進退分合,並拓展至海外多處設廠。本研究以深度訪談個案企業之董事長為主軸,並以61位企業先進及學者專家的看法驗證其觀點,使質化的深度訪談研究結果,更具備客觀的參考價值。
    本研究結果發現:近年來的環境變化,已使企業不再能以前進為企業唯一的方向;甚至企業外部投資人,亦不再以增資擴大為單一考量,來衡量企業的未來價值。掌握企業策略方向的高層決策者們,急需全面性的策略思維模式;而「進退分合」四個方向,恰為受中華文化薰陶的企業主們,方便思考與全面性策略思維的交集。企業高層決策者期待「管理學」學術領域的學者專家,能對策略形成初期、企業整體性的決策需求及執行作考量,且對近年來的企業策略實務,作進一步的綜合性研究,以提供實務界更具實用價值的策略思維模式。
    This study is through the method of expert interview to explore the strategic thinking of owner or senior management when their companies face deflection point. By using EEDI (Entry, Exit, Differentiation, Integration) strategies, the owner or senior management can then choose a most effective strategy to meet industrial environment change.
    This study covers Entry, Exit, Differentiation & ntegration strategies and the combined influence. The 61 persons we interviewed are the owners, senior management, professors or
    experts in the industrial or academic field. The reference company in the case study is a leading manufacturer in small appliances and professional music equipment. With over 30 years of experience in Taiwan and oversea operation, their viewpoints are valuable to this study.
    The result of this study found, with the current environment change, enterprise should not take expansion as the only strategy for company future development. The owner or senior management should consider maximize shareholders value by using EEDI strategies.
