    摘要: 本論文第一部份是以合成含二元次乙亞胺官能基之反應型含磷、氮系阻燃架橋劑(DCPP-AZ),與丙烯酸單體(AA)可進行快速聚合反應。首先將丙烯酸與DCPP-AZ在常溫下同時進行酸鹼中和與開環(Ring-Opening)反應,開環反應後會形成含有二級胺之β-胺基酯,最後再利用二級胺和丙烯酸之雙鍵進行麥可加成反應(Michael-Addition reaction)。反應型含磷、氮系阻燃架橋劑(DCPP-AZ)經由合成出來後,引入自行合成的TMPTA-AZ架橋劑中,再添加入不同比例之AA進行聚合,使其扮演常溫型阻燃架橋劑,進而成為高度網狀交聯的高分子阻燃材料,而架橋劑同時達到阻燃與架橋之目的。
    本論文合成含磷、氮系的反應型阻燃架橋劑(DCPP-AZ),並經由核磁共振光譜儀鑑定其產物之確切化學結構,最後將DCPP-AZ/TMTA-AZ/AA共聚合物所形成的共聚合薄膜控溫在50 ℃,以不同烘乾時間(6hr、12hr、24hr)探討熱烘架橋(Post-Curing)對交聯密度的影響,並加以探討其各種性質之變化。物理性質方面以膠含量、吸水率、對水損失率、吸乙醇率、對乙醇損失率進行分析比較。最後以熱重分析(TGA)、微差掃描熱卡分析法(DSC)、氧氣指數試驗(LOI)、垂直燃燒試驗(UL-94)來證實磷-氮協同效應對共聚合物的熱安定性及阻燃性的貢獻。
    本論文第二部份是以合成末端官能基為次乙亞胺的反應型含氟素撥水劑(OFPAZ),並引入TMPTA-AZ當架橋劑使用,探討製備撥水薄膜的可行性,希望可以藉此探討添加含氟素撥水劑(OFPAZ)對高分子的撥水性之影響。
    本實驗所得之OFPAZ/TMPTA-AZ/AA共聚合薄膜藉由動態機械熱分析儀(DMA)、熱重分析儀(TGA)、接觸角測定儀等來分析高分子的基本物性,並藉由添加含氟素單體(OFPAZ)具有較低表面能的疏水特性,使共聚合物表現出高度撥水的性質。
    Two different functional polymers with flame retardancy and water repellency are derived from two reactive monomers, respectively. Among these reactive monomers, aziridine (ethylenimine) moiety is a key reactive functional group of the monomers. A phosphorus and nitrogen (P/N) containing monomer, was prepared via the Michael Addition Reaction of aziridine (AZ) and 2,2''-phenylphosphorylbis(oxy)bis
    (ethane-2,1-diyl) diacrylate (DCPP-HEA) , and results in DCPP-AZ formation that comprises two-functional aziridine. A P/N containing polymer is obtained from a rapid polymerization takes place between DCPP-AZ and acrylic acid (AA). Furthermore, a tri-aziridine containing monomer (TMPTA-AZ) is incorporated in order to increase the cross-linking density of the resulted polymers. The thermal properties (TGA and DSC), flammability (LOI and UL-94) the resulting polymers are evaluated besides their physical properties.
    A reactive fluorine-containing monomer (OFPAZ) is synthesized by a reaction of octafluoropentyl acrylate (OFPA) and aziridine. A rapid polymerization of OFPAZ/TMPTA-AZ with acrylic acid (AA) takes place at ambient temperature similar to the previous pattern. The resulting fluorine containing polymers with different fluorine contents are evaluated by the contact angle measurement besides their thermal properties.
