    摘要: 本論文之水性環氧樹脂(Water-reducible Epoxy resin,WEP) 是使用環氧樹脂(EP128,環氧當量, EEW為187),加入適量的馬來酸酐(Maleic anhydride)與之進行半酯化反應(Half-esterification Reaction),將親水性羧基接在環氧樹脂。是以水性聚胺基甲酸酯(Aqueous-based Polyurethane,WPU)係以傳統PU預聚合物合成。以WPU及WEP的各比例在水相中進行混摻,同時加入適量多元次乙亞胺架橋劑, WPU是柔軟且具有高延伸性結構的聚合物,WEP為剛硬且易脆的聚合物,將兩種水性聚合物進行混掺,並添加的架橋劑的比例,形成雙重硬化系統(Dual-curing System),乾燥製備成雙硬化系統的高分子薄膜,並探討混摻架橋後混成物的物理及熱性質等,如:膠含量、吸水率、泡水損失率、乙醇吸收率、泡乙醇損失率、抗張應力、熱重分析、動態機械分析和電子顯微鏡觀察。
    Water-reducible epoxy resin (WEP) is obtained from a half-esterification of an epoxy resin (with an EEW 187) by maleic anhydride and dispersed into aqueous phase after a neutralization with triethylamine (TEA). Aqueous-based PU (WPU) dispersion is prepared by a conventional NCO-terminated PU prepolymer process. WPU and WEP have amino and epoxide terminal groups, respectively. WPU is soft elastic and WEP is tough fragile oligomers. However, WEP and WPU are self-emulsion and comprise carboxyl groups, which are miscible. A hybridization of WPU with WEP is prepared by mixing of these two aqueous polymer dispersions in various ratios. The ring- opening reaction between these two polymer terminal groups will not occur in the aqueous phase. A dual-curing system of WPU/WEP hybrid is formulated by mixing of these two aqueous polymer dispersions and treated further with a latent curing agent, polyaziridine compound (e.g. TMPTA-AZ or HDDA-AZ). The dual-curing reaction of WPU/WEP hybrid takes place on drying at ambient temperature. Physical, mechanical and thermal properties of these dual-cured polymer hybrids will be evaluated, such as, gel content, water absorption, ethanol swollen, TGA, DMA and SEM.
