以噻吩-噻吩為主架構來設計合成陰離子有機感測分子，選用硼酸結構作為陰離子感測端官能基，另一端則設計以具有較佳共軛性的推拉取代基之苯環官能基來改變分子之UV-Vis的最大吸收波長，並觀測此陰離子有機感測分子在不同有機溶劑：甲醇、乙醇、乙腈（Acetonitrile）、丙酮、二甲基亞碸（DMSO）、四氫呋喃（THF）之UV光譜最大吸收波長；其中以乙醇為溶劑時有最佳偵測靈敏度，乙腈次之，四氫呋喃最差。再選用七種陰離子無機鹽類來滴定此設計合成的感測分子溶液，並觀察其UV最大吸收波長變化；結果顯示只有以乙腈溶劑才有UV光譜之最大吸收變化。 The chemosensing molecule which was designed and based on the structural core of thiophene-thiophene of boronic acid and outlayer modification by connecting with electron withdrawing group and electron donating group. The maximum UV-Vis wavelength was measured and titration in different solvents were also investigated, the best choice was observed to be ethanol. The second is acetonitrile. Seven of anion in ethanol were investigated for the chelating capabilities with the designed molecules. The maximum UV-Vis wavelength have shift only in acetonitrile solution.
