本研究目的在比較蟹殼、Tenax-GR和PDMS三種吸附劑對於煤氣中硫化物的吸附效果。主要探討的硫化物為H2S、1-Propanethiol、DMDS、1-Pentanethiol、1-Hexanethiol和Dipropyl sulfide六種化合物。實驗步驟是將蟹殼、Tenax-GR及PDMS各別填入採樣管中,採樣管吸取煤氣後再置入氣體層析儀(GC)注入口,並以GC注入口當作熱脫附室。應用變溫熱脫附法(Programmed Temperature Vaporization Thermal Desorption)將樣品脫附。從實驗結果得知蟹殼對於煤氣中的這六種硫化合物比Tenax-GR和PDMS有較好的吸附性,尤其對於煤氣中1-Propanethiol及DMDS兩種硫化物有更好的吸附效果;在實驗的重複性方面,Tenax-GR有較好的再現性,尤其對於H2S、1-Hexanethiol及Dipropyl sulfide這三種硫化物有較好的實驗重複性。 The performance of the sorbent Crab shell is compared to that of the adsorbents Tenax and polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) for the sulfur compounds in natural gas. These included: H2S, 1-Propanethiol, DMDS, 1-Pentanethiol, 1-Hexanethiol and Dipropyl sulfide. In this experiment, natural porous crab shell beads, Tenax-GR and PDMS are packed into sampling tube first, at analysis, the adsorption tubes were inserted into the GC injector for thermal desorption with programmed temperature. The Crab shell proved to have the best properties considering the amount obtained during sampling, especially for 1-Propanethiol and DMDS. Tenax-GR have the best standard deviation for sampling H2S, 1-Hexanethiol and Dipropyl sulfide in natural gas.
