設計一具有多芽配位的配位子,使其能與金屬配位,因自組裝作用的關係,而產生一特殊的構型錯合物。 在本篇論文中我們合成一系列具腙基架橋的多呲啶配位子,及其與鎳(II)、銅(II)或鋅(II)形成雙核金屬系列之螺 旋錯合物,其中有雙核單股螺旋錯合物[Ni2(Py-Me-(Bpy)2)(OH)(CH3CN)(H2O)](ClO4)3 、 [Zn2(Py-Me-(Bpy)2)(OH)(CH3CN)(H2O)](ClO4)3 ,及雙核雙股螺旋錯合物[Ni2(Bpy-(Me-Pz)2)2](ClO4)4 、 [Cu2(Bpy-(Me-Pz)2)2](ClO4)4 、 [Zn2(Bpy-(Me-Pz)2)2](ClO4)4 ,及雙核Side-by-Side 盒子型錯合物 [Ni2(Py-Me-(Bpy)2)2](ClO4)4。分別由X-光單晶繞射得到單晶結構,並證實其以雙核螺旋結構存在。接著我們亦利用 ESI 質譜的方法,幫助我們確定雙核系列的結構確實亦存在溶液態中。 結構探討之後,我們藉著UV/Vis 光譜滴定方法來更深入的探討雙螺旋錯合物的自組裝程序,除建立反應方程 式及反應機構,並利用全光譜分析方法求得逐步穩定常數。 除此之外,我們亦利用超導磁量干涉儀來做錯合物3,錯合物4 及錯合物6 的磁性研究。發現其皆具有極弱的 反鐵磁性的偶合常數。 A molecular strand may undergo self-organization into a given architecture determined by the structural and conformational feature of its constituting units. A family of novel polypyridyl type multi-binding domains ligands containing hydrazone linker were synthesized successfully, after complexed with binding Ni (II), Cu (II) and Zn (II) respectly, gives dinuclear helicates, [Ni2(Py-Me-(Bpy)2)(OH)(CH3CN)(H2O)](ClO4)3 , 1 [Zn2(Py-Me-(Bpy)2)(OH)(CH3CN)(H2O)](ClO4)3 , 2 [Ni2(Bpy-(Me-Pz)2)2](ClO4)4 , 3 [Cu2(Bpy-(Me-Pz)2)2](ClO4)4 , 4 [Zn2(Bpy-(Me-Pz)2)2](ClO4)4 , 5 [Ni2(Py-Me-(Bpy)2)2](ClO4)4 . 6 Solid state structures of complexes list above were confirmed by X-ray diffractometry. The composition and Solution structures were also examined by ESI-Mass, the results confirmed the dinuclear structures is maintained in the solution state. The self-assembling process and reaction mechanism were studied by UV-Vis titration, and were investigated by means of systematic measurement of step-wise and overall stability constant . The magnetic properties of 3. 4. 6 were examined by SQUID.
