    Abstract: 製備兩種不同型式的紫外光硬化型PU,分別為離子型和非離子型,懸掛的強親水基團-COOH以及主鏈段上的聚乙二醇具有親水的性質,對於織品的表面處理,能達到快速吸濕的目的,經由紫外光照射硬化,不僅能提供快速方便的製程,同時對於耐水洗性的提升有所幫助。
    針對製備好的薄膜,進行一系列的測試,如:接觸角、吸水率、吸水損失率、吸醇率、吸醇損失率、抗張應力、硬度、伸長率、熱重分析等。
    Most of hydrophilic polymer had good excellent water solubility and poor surface adhesion. Hydrophilic polymer with a post-curing process could improve the water-resistance and surface adhesion. An UV-reactive hydrophilic PU oligomer was prepared by an addition reaction of TDI,IPDI, PPG, PEG and HEMA. The UV-cured PU was obtained from UV irradiation and its properties were investigated by water absorption rate, water diffusion area, gel content, thermal stability and etc.
