    摘要: 本論文是合成硫化聚胺酯為主要目的。添加硫化物在主鏈上,形成具有硫化甲酸脂官能基的薄膜,合成的方式主要是以環氧樹脂作為主體,末端的環氧基和二硫化碳進行開環反應,形成含硫的五雜環結構,再和雙官能基胺類進行鏈延長,側邊懸掛的硫醇基氧化生成硫-硫鍵,形成自行架橋的系統,達到對聚胺脂樹脂的改直質。利用上述反應合成具有三官能基的五雜環單體,並引入水性聚胺酯樹脂當中,使其扮演常溫型架橋劑,進而達到水性聚胺脂樹脂改質之目的。
    單體和架橋劑的合成以核磁共振光譜儀與紅外線光譜儀鑑定其產物之確切化學結構,所形成網狀交聯形態的聚胺酯樹脂薄膜,探討其各種性質之變化。物理性質方面以膠含量、吸水率、對水損失率、吸乙醇率、對乙醇損失率、接觸角及硬度進行分析比較。熱性質分析以熱重分析加以探討。
    A heterocyclic (thio-carbonate) containing has been synthesized from epoxy resin and carbon disulfide. Thio-containing polyurethane (PU) is obtained from an ring-opening reaction of this heterocyclic (thio-carbonate) with amino groups and it results in the thiols formation. Thiese thiols will have sulfur-sulfur bond formation on the exposure of air at ambient temperature. Finally it becomes a cross-linked thio-PU with sulfur-sulfur bonds.
    Due to the reactivity of heterocyclic (thio-carbonate) functional group toward to amino containing compound. Therefore, a trifuntional heterocyclic (thio-carbonate) is synthesized and characterized by spectrometric methods. It serves as a self-curing agent for aqueous-based PU. The physical, mechanical and thermal properties of these self-cured aqueous-base PU with this new curing agent are evaluated in this report.
