    Abstract: 本論文主要針對七種分別採自臺灣各地的苔類植物,進行化學組成分析。萃取出的粗油,利用各種層析方法進行分離與純化,所得之化合物經由各種光譜分析,如質譜、氫譜、碳譜、13C-DEPT、各種二維核磁共振光譜及X光繞射等,推定其結構。從各品種中所分離出的化合物,簡列如下:
    1、石地錢 (Reboulia hemisphaerica):1, 4-Dihydro-a-cuparenone,a-cuparenol,hopan-6a, 11a, 22-triol,三者均為已知化合物。
    2、南亞紫葉苔 (Pleurozia acinosa)和巨葉紫葉苔 (P. gigenteoides):Kovaelool,roseostachenone,8-epi-sclareol,13-epi-neoverrucosan-5b-ol,前三者分離自南亞紫葉苔,其中roseostachenone為首次自苔植物分離,後兩者分離自巨葉紫葉苔。
    3、疏葉假護蒴苔 (Metacalypogeia alternifolia):a-Barbatene,metacalypogin,後者為一新苯并哌喃衍生物。
    4、東亞指葉苔 (Lepidozia fauriana):(+)-6a-Acetoxy-4a, 7b-dihydroxyeudesmane,(+)-4a, 10a-dihydroxyaromadendrane,isoplagiochin D,(+)-6a-acetoxy-7b-hydroxyeudesm-4(15)-ene,(+)-6a-acetoxy-7b-hydroxy- eudesm-4-ene,(+)-5a, 7b-dihydroxyeudesmane,(+)-4a, 7b-dihydroxyeudesmane,其中後三者為新含氧倍半萜化合物,isoplagiochin D則為首次自東亞指葉苔分離的大環醚類。
    5、平葉異萼苔 (Heteroscyphus planus)和四牙異萼苔 (H. argutus):(+)-2-Hydroxy-3-methoxycalamenene,13-epi-homoverrucosan-5b-ol,前者分離自平葉異萼苔,為一新倍半萜含氧化合物,後者分離自四牙異萼苔。
    The chemical constituents of seven Taiwanese liverwort species; Reboulia hemisphaerica, Pleurozia acinosa, P. gigenteoides, Metacalypogeia alternifolia, Lepidozia fauriana, Heteroscyphus planus and H. argutus were examined in the present study.
    After repeated chromatographic separation and purification of the essential oil of each species, structures of isolated compounds were identified by extensive spectral analysis, such as MS, 1H-, 13C-NMR, 13C-DEPT, 2D-NMR and X-ray diffraction.
    The isolated and identified compounds are listed hereafter:
    1.Reboulia hemisphaerica:1, 4-Dihydro-a-cuparenone, a-cuparenol and hopan-6a, 11a, 22-triol. All three are known compounds.
    2.Pleurozia acinosa and P. gigenteoides:Kolavelool, roseostachenone, 8-epi-sclareol and 13-epi-neoverrucosan-5b-ol. The first three compounds were isolated from P. acinosa. Among them, roseostachenone was isolated from liverworts for the first time. The last two were isolated from P. gigenteoides.
    3.Metacalypogeia alternifolia:a-Barbatene and metacalypogin. The latter one is a new linear dihydrodichromene derivative.
    4.Lepidozia fauriana:(+)-6a-Acetoxy-4a, 7b-dihydroxyeudesmane, (+)-4a, 10a-dihydroxyaromadendrane, isoplagiochin D, (+)-6a-acetoxy-7b-hydroxyeudesm-4(15)-ene, (+)-6a-acetoxy-7b-hydroxyeudesm-4-ene, (+)-5a, 7b-dihydroxyeudesmane and (+)-4a, 7b-dihydroxyeudesmane. The latter three are new sesquiterpenoids and isoplagiochin D is a bisbibenzyl compound isolated from this species for the first time.
    5.Heteroscyphus planus and H. argutus:(+)-2-Hydroxy-3-methoxycalamenene and 13-epi-homoverrucosan-5b-ol. The first compound is a new sesquiterpenoid and was isolated from H. planus. The other was from H. argutus.
